Imagine being so *** bad at this game that you constantly report people who are better players, with better gear, and provide more value to the endgame community than they ever will because they don't play the game vanilla.
Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe them. kairyu said: » Trusts or multiboxing are no different (having 6 characters isn't against the rules), people have this idea that just because Ejin is good at this stuff everyone is at that level. He is the exception and not the rule, most people you see with their on follow army that you see spamming whatever are doing E to N clears over and over and over again. The difference between a geared alt and a trust is monumental. Not sure how you managed to say that twice because it's not even remotely close. Nevermind the fact that additional characters allow access to content that trusts don't. As far as Ejiin being good, I'd never be able to tell. I found a video of his when I was looking for interesting things to try and solo on RUN, but found a video of him 'soloing' an omen boss with all of his alts. Are people calling multiboxing 'solo' now? Good at multiboxing? Perhaps. Bad at cheating? Absolutely. looks like most of the posts from the account are for this trash.
Wonder why they decided to hate on an actual player. The SS on that twitter account are pretty great

It seems that he was 5 and other than the main, he set up an automatic macro (a program in which each character moves best with the touch of a button) and captured each content. The main is a permanent BAN, and the sub is like an exfoliation. (Currently developing new characters) i want to be an abandoned rug mackerel when i grow up.
You don't need a twitter to see it all, and it's just multiple SS like the galka one.
https://twitter.com/FF11_guest Kinda ***. I scrolled to the end of the feed and Ejiin is the only one targeted amongst the RMT bot army.

"famous (prolly more notorious in context) ragnarok server [despective term for no-lifes in jp slang] tool-user has been banned. It's really hard to argue with this if you look at the state of the game today. I find this so funny because you were the one to tell me that multi-boxing wasn't widespread and it was rare. I don't remember saying that but if I did it must have been some time ago (I multibox myself, but generally I only play one of my three characters at once). Can't be denied now, multiboxing has grown increasingly common over the last couple of years. Easy with the pace of new content now to make a character and gear it up on support in a few days weeks, Idris GEO in 6 months. People are increasingly multiboxing and botting the WHM and GEO roles because they are dull to play and it's hard to get real bodies to constantly do those roles, or even rotate through those roles. Draylo said: » Multi-boxing is definitely a net negative for this game, and its becoming so much more widespread due to all these addons that its causing a decline in the game (in my opinion.) You go back and read some of the tweets and who liked it, and a lot of them were celebrating his ban. NA players for the most part don't really give a fk if you bot, but that's super uncool to the JP. He kind of brings it on himself with his constant streaming.
100% wouldn't get hit as often as he has, and all chars at that, if he didn't make himself the easiest target. Rebuilding characters is prob the only thing his stream really has going for it, on top of the attention he gets from being banned, so honestly probably the best thing that could happen to him. At least these first few times. When we talk about it here that's what they want us to do, you scare everyone reading and only have to ban 1 person. "I saw her phantom in the tragic pineapple battle-Dangling" Kinky. Same thread as every time, delusional people denying reality because they don't want to come to terms with the fact that things they use could eventually lead to them being banned. Let's start with one obvious fact that isn't thought of frequently enough:
SE is not banning for the use of a certain addon, they are banning for the behavior that addon registers on their server. Now, if we're all willing to accept that botting overnight is a reason to be banned, and I hope we are, we can break that down further. SE is banning people who bot overnight based on their usage of actions while client is not receiving key input, usage of actions over an extended and unrealistic period, or something of that nature. Now, look at the addons that all too many people are using now, such as Singer, Roller, React, Send, automated GS. They create the same types of behavior, why are you so confident that they can't also be banworthy? It's not rooted in reality, it's desperation to convince yourself that you don't have to give up any tools to secure your characters. Margaritaville
South Park: Season 13, Episode 3 YouTube Video Placeholder It really is that simple, I really can't understand why other people can't understand that. Keep in mind they don't want to ban anyone, but they have to stop people pushing the line too. that's what i'm saying but that game plan doesn't work as well in a MMO as it does in prision (staying with the analogy), if you cross a certain line in prison, constantly challanging the big guys (or the ones who roughed up the big guy) rules, you'll eventually get dealt with but in FFXI for every ejin getting banned you'll find countless examples of cheaters who never got touched in years. it's no surprise if lots come to the conclusion if they don't throw cheat reveal parties they'll be fine. also, why do only JP have a wall of shame? i'm jelly. Because they are JP and shame is the very fuel that runs their cultural engine lol. Have you seen their porn? I'm surprised they don't have a Mount Rushmore of shame.
It doesn't matter if 100 get away, as long as the one you ban is highly visible. It's still gonna put the fear of god into you if you use any addons. At least for a while, this is also why they don't tell you what you did when they ban you. Then you don't know, and that's even more scary.
It's like if I tell you 100 people died in traffic accidents, you're not really gonna care and me saying that will have no influence on your behavior. However if you see someone get hit by a car right infront of you, it's going to have a major impact on you and change how you cross the road after. If I tell you after witnessing that, 99.9% of people never have an accident so you don't have to worry! it won't matter and you'll still be hyper careful about crossing the road after. The STFU banned 1060 accounts in January, and 741 in February. Nobody cared, until this one highly visible person was banned. That one ban had more impact on the mindset of hundreds of people than those near 2k people combined. |
