Ok I'll try to be as calm as possible with this. Barack Obama has degrees in politcal science and a law degree. Sarah Palin has a degree in communications. If you still think for a moment that he is less unqualified, possibly more so than Sarah Palin, then you are delusional.
I have a degree in law and political science. I am as qualified as barack obama. Thanks. Oh, and I have a 4.0 GPA same as his.
do you actually have the degree or are you taking classes? and what school are you going to?
I have a BS in political science and one class away from another one in law. When I'm 35 and old enough to be president then I will have the same educational qualifications as him. Oh and I'm on the student government just like him. I'm also in the International Model United Nations Conference. I actually have had more leadership than him during my time in school. What school I go to doesn't matter. Knowledge is knowledge regardless of what you get it, I think its *** delusional to think the Ivy League is any better of a school. I don't think I'll ever be qualified to be president because I don't think I'll be in a critical leadership position such as governor.

Currently I'm a political science/Law & Society dual major in college. I'm thinking of changing majors to just philosophy and I'm curious if anyone else has been in this situation:
Which is it? You can't be a current major and have a degree at the same time. THAT IS FACT!
Nope. I'm still considered a policsci major because I dont graduate until I finish the second major. I have the degree.
/gives up Can't argue or have a conversation with someone this delusional.

Having a degree but going for a second one is delusional? Ok.

Right. A woman who wants to eliminate the separation of church and state. Not totally being a hypocrite about limited government or anything. And she's a creationist.

I see so since the constitution says separation of church and state you're against having church and state togethor?

If the constitution said that church and state had to be togethor would you support it?

As far as I know he has a BS degree in Political Science? If he doesn't then I'm mistake and I'm sorry. I don't really think I'm as qualified as him, my point which you all seemed to be missing was that I don't think education can be a real qualification. We have a lot of educated people who arent always good at their jobs.

Never thought I could, the noun "i" in all the sentences I used were variable. The argument actually applied to the political science degree and any "normal" person who had one. I chose myself because I consider myself average and normal. I guess that's arrogant of me.

Masters in Law.

Is that really considered a Masters? I thought a Juris Doctorate was technically a doctorate just without the title.

Is what?

Graduating from law school gives you the title "Juris Doctor". I'm trying to figure out if it actually counts at the same level as a PHD o.O Never really thought about it.

I'm just curious, how can you support someone who doesn't believe in one of the most founding principles of the constitution?

Follow this:

The constituation is meant to be the foundation of all American Beliefs.

The constitution CAN BE AMENDED.

Potentially this means the beliefs of america are all subject to change. Nobody really believes in the entire constitution. If that were true then black people would have never gotten the vote or women. The ***is meant to change as the values of the citizens change. I think Sarah Palin believes that the bible would help restore some measure of respect in schools. I think her logic in this is flawed, but I dont think its wrong of her to question the constitution.

Sorry I don't try to have rational conversations with people who are proud of being apart of the modern tea party movement. The point is moot.

Lol. I'm not a palin supporter or tea party activist AT ALL. I actually hate Sarah Palin and the Tea Party. I just don't think a lot of the comments being made were fair and so I played devil's advocate.

Ahh. My college offers a dual major in political science/pre law. The political science degree and pre law share all but five classes. I just finished up my last credit required for the political science part thus I have the degree, however, because I enrolled as a dual major I don't graduate until the second degree is finished.

I'm actually trying to move it beyond that by getting people to use facts and examples that actually lead to reasonable conclusions. A lot of times opinions are massive leaps in logic. I mean if somebody sat down and analyzed obamas qualifications vs palins and their policies I woulda been happy.
