I asked my dads minister last time they tried to convert me(long story), but anyways who did Cain have kids with? From how I understand the bible god made Adam and eve and they had 2 sons 1 killed the other(Cain I am pretty sure). So who did Cain have children with? If incest is a sin he couldn't of done it with his mother? So who?

There are lots of inconsistencies with the teachings of the bible. If Adam and Eve were the first people, their children had to have had incest. Basic biology.

adam and eve's children would have to incest each other to have children though.

Pretty sure there is nothing in there against incest until some time after the flood, for what it's worth. When exactly that law was laid down however I do not recall.

Two things I always find odd about these discussions...for one people always put limitations on God and how things happened, secondly God created more than 2 trees, 2 birds, etc. Wouldn't logic say he also did the same with human beings?

I would recommend against starting to ask these questions. Even if by some... miracle... you leave this thread with a good answer, you still have about 97329 things left to deal with.

For what it's worth, my new god is Santa Claus: be good, for goodness' sake.

(Also he sneaks into kids houses at night. Maybe I will reconsider.)

You know with incest you don't have as high of a chance to produce a mutant baby as you would think.

IIRC it's like a 2% higher chance than a couple who are not related.
(I could be really wrong on this tho, but I could of sworn I heard it some place.)

Sort of related, and just about as vague, but I remember reading that a 40+ year old woman having a baby and cousins having a baby have about the same chance of birth defects.
