Ok it looks like the 3 Republicans are getting out of the way, they offered an amendment to be voted on, its going to fail, and no changes will be made. It should pass the Senate tonight.

Fortunately Rand Paul cannot currently put a hold on it in order to grandstand.

Well they managed to pass it, now it goes to the House, Pelosi has said 24 hours to review the bill then most likely a voice vote on Friday. They were looking at unanimous consent but they weren't 100% positive that would succeed so it looks like a simple voice vote. It will pass overwhelmingly, but I'm sure they will have a few nays from the GOP, and a present from Justin Amash.

Italy hasn't reported it's numbers yet today, they have been having 600+ deaths per day. But we will pass them in total cases soon.
