demonry stone + impatiens / incantor stone / thunder sachet would be better than that bow I believe, simply because they can be swapped upon need with no TP loss (and you could even swap other ammo items for HP+ or Stp).

agreed - i've just been lazy in that macro slot lol
On the rare occasion I'm on Pld, I personally use ammo items for the reason you said - you can swap through a lot of different items.
But, I know a lot of people who swear by the killer effects on the Bow

The bow procs very often so it's nice. I'm on the hunt, however, to test out if the benefits of the minor changes in the ammo slots make up for the lack of resistance/killer effects of a really awesome bow. I will post some experiences once I get all the slot items together and set up the macros.. give me a week lol
Just got CDC today been testing a little bit average damage in aby is 3-4k and outside aby its 1.4-2k.
Outside abyssea set.
Hecatomb mittens are augmented with crit hit damage+1% and sword skill+2, hecatomb leggings have str+1 and GA+1. Not sure if i should use lithe boots and champion's galea with str+4 dex+4 ws acc+15 crit damage+2%. I have a ruby ring augmented with dex+3 or is the att+6 jupiter ring going to boost damage more? Aiming to get a twilight mail for this set.
Inside abyssea set.
Overall pretty pleased with this set dunno if theres anything really i should upgrade, i have got a light belt but from what ive read cuch belt is better.

Hows Zahak's compare to Twilight body for CDC? Ive been contemplating buying one but havent been quite sure if its worth it or not.
Twilight mail is better for CDC out of aby so only get Zmail if you havent got twilight. Twilight has str+5 dex+5 acc+25 over Zmail which will out do the crit hit rate+3%.
Asuming Atk is high (780-820)
would cdc benefit from adding strength and dex, or dex and more atk?
in short, 10 atk 6 dex vs 6 str 6 dex with 780+ atk 3mins/5?

I'd go with thunder soul ring Over Rajas, andYeah cuch is better. Also Hecatomb Mittens/+1 I'd use over Af3 inside abyssea too. This is for the bottom pic
So i'm probably a day or 2 away from CDC and am thinking of using this outside set:

Inside ya unless the Store TP is being good, outside nah. Not worth the -inv space, -gil imo in any case.
Centaurus wins unless the 3/4 DEX is doing something significant to your critrate.
didnt want to make a new thread so im going to ask here. somehow i just 3/3ed ares legs and i wanted to know which would be better for cdc.
so basically 6 str 1 dex and 2% DA vs. 18 att.
heca(or +1) subligar is out of my reach as of now so toss that idea out of the window.

With an extreme situation with 500attack vs 400 defense, Tumbler's very slightly edge out before adding the +DA. Otherwise I'd opt Ares, at least in Abyssea/older stuff.
guess it wouldnt hurt to have both. ive already traded the pieces and currency for ares!

Considering buying Nidhogg pops but I'd want to find someone to split the cost with me that wants beard or another abjuration. I blew 10 orbs on behe without getting an hq so there is no way I'm going to buy fafnir pops for 2 mil.
Twilight I've used 25 brews on Shinryu and I've gotten him to 12% war and 2box whm. I plan on killing him until body drops after I finish Almace (hopefully I can put out enough dmg to kill him).
Until mail drops and I obtain hct. subligar is there anything else I should be using inside/outside?

Yea lol 12% without brew...
Gave it another shot with 85 Almace and a 2box whm. If not for mighty guard spam I would say Almace/Aegis could solo Shinryu.
