With the implementation of the new trust upgrade system, which trust do you think will be the most useful. I noticed the base stats were 0/50, so presumably a boost of +50 to each stat?

I think boosting August's VIT, HP, AGI and MND might be my first port of call.

What's going to be your first and why?

ArkEV because TANK MOMMY

This update doesn't change trust logic at all, so the trusts that have been better until now will likely keep being better. It'll be nice to have Koru-Moru be a little sturdier and more able to land enfeebles.

I don't think the boost is "per trust" but is shared?
If you put your points into "+100HP" all trusts will receive +100 HP, not a specific one of your choice.

Or did I misread the thing entirely?

Each stat +0-+50
1 point each for the first 10
2 points each for 11-20
3 points each for 21-30
4 points each for 31-40
5 points each for 41-50

20 points per monthly roe book.

150 points to complete a stat, 1350 for all, 17 months worth of roe's to complete all. Completing the old trust power quest grants 200 which effectively removes 2.5 months.

Page lag double posted, editing to add I ended up going with:

48 HP
20 MP
20 VIT
20 AGI
50 INT

Figuring it would add a little additional survivability and maybe improve debuff/resist states.

Worth noting, the trust primers come from the monthly deeds objectives

HP and VIT definitely looks like top priority for survivability
I think a good balance of INT/MND in the mix works for the initial stages of this update.

This doesn't look difficult as this is just the first stage of new trust updates.

I don't feel more Max MP being priority in the initial stages yet

What stat plan templates would you guys aim for as of this update?

I'm gonna try to distribute my points sorta evenly among HP, VIT, MND, INT. I want to improve their survivability and their Macc to land debuffs.
Still pondering on MP but that's usually not an issue for me.
Don't care for AGI or CHR (at this stage).
STR could be interesting but I feel their damage would suck regardless.
DEX is a double edged sword. Would love for some trusts to have more physical accuracy, but until we get an option to turn "WS usage" Off, it's actually beneficial sometimes to have them miss so much.
More Miss = Less TP = Less WS = Less SC interruption.

You get a free 100 point book at the start, and doing the crystal filling quest gives you another 200 points, so assuming you only do that and the monthlies, it will take a little over a year.

I literally just thought to myself the same thing about DEX, keeping it at no bonus so that Qultada whiffs more lol

No choice involved, at least not for this stage. Kind of like how character HP/MP/stat merits apply to all jobs.

Presumably the next stage will allow per-trust customization with gear - they've mentioned something like automaton attachments several times now.

They mentioned something about certain trusts not getting the full 5 HP per level during AMAN live, and gave Shantotto as an example, but that doesn't appear to be happening right now. Trusts that have native % bonuses to HP or MP seem to be getting extra, as expected.

Actual numbers, +2 levels to HP and MP AEP categories between each step:

INT, MND, HP are the priority for me, I think, because I'd rather reduce AoE magic damage a little than physical hits a little.

Overall, I expect to not be able to detect Trust performance changes due to this system, in the same way that it took until basically MMXV before I thought "Hmm... Qultada might be doing a little more damage..."

For science, I'll do the opposite on my mule and cap STR/DEX.

HP, HP and still HP, all i ask is for trusts to survive Bravado when soloing Kyou without trusts campaign lol.. some of them wouldn't even reach 1500 max HP as it is rn ffs xD

That HP boost should help a lot also with all those instances where Qultada or other squishy trusts just get 1 shot or close to 1 shot in many VD or NM fights, while now they might survive enough to at least put up Chaos roll or get heals and drain dumbtrust-healer MP for good before dying anyway <3. Yeye i'm sure VIT MND and INT will also help, but raw HP is like adding a sort of "damage taken-" effect i guess..

If you go from 2000 to 2500hp, it's basically similat to saying that you gained -25% damage taken (your effective HP with 2000hp and -25% dt would be 2500hp), so compared to +50 MND / INT / VIT, seems like the strongest defensive option.
