No one was asking for this. The point of slowdown was to buy time for hospital capacity/testing+tracing pipelines to be set up. It was never intended to last as long as it did, except, you know, the testing and tracing apparatus never got into place.

They insisted that everyone must remain in quarantine until a vaccine was created, which may never happen, hence indefinite shutdown. The death numbers they were forecasting were hilarious, and now that they’ve been proved wrong they’ll backpedal and claim completely different numbers without ever admitting they were wrong and duped by the media into being alarmist mouthpieces for political purposes.

I’ve been accused of being at least three different people now. It’s a way for them to dismiss being called out for a lot of their idiotic behavior.
