Make a *** cap 75 server already holy ***
With their current manpower, it'd be literally impossible for them to make a legitimate (as in the mechanics we had at 75, not just lowering cap to 75 and removing content) legacy server with their manpower. That's a huge amount of spaghetti code they'd have to wade through with only a few active programmers.

Why can't we synergize the crafting torques like we can elemental obis/torques, combat/magic torques?

Analyse that devs are just not willing to do. Just see the escutcheons: they could have allowed all sub skills+10, but instead they capped it at the original cap. Because they arent willing to change any aspect regarding sub skills right now.
