They are mannequins dressed as the Ark Angels they haven't even used the cool race models that the AA have.

I didn't disappoint, they did. I mean come on man, it was right there. Crystal/White armor, bunch of fetters/underlings. Seemed like the next logical mega Mega boss (They did that with Bumba, everything purple >>>> Purple Dragon). Easiest play ever, so of course they DIDN'T do it twice.
