FoV After Update: Seeking Info!
FoV after update: seeking info!
Hey guys, just grabbed myself Elite Training: Page 7 in Cape Terrigan. Unfortunately I have no idea where to take it. Maybe I'm in the wrong zone or something? Any information that'll help will be appreciated, thanks.
If that's the highest level Elit Training, I would suspect it's in Sky. But again, I dunno...Maybe they wouldn't put it in sky since that would force players to do ZMs just to unlock sky to try that one lol.

Made my behe ring+1 a NQ! Joy! And FU SE for being as lame as usual ^^.
Also it says that you can trade any item below level 75 but it's item level 70+. My Axe grip did not work which is why I tried something else and lost 300k! ^^

as far as i know u cant trade weapons or grips in the first place

It would make sense... that's too bad though no reason for grips to not be allowed...
And the mob is not too hard but will rape a lot of job solo. It's a doll NM and it cure itself.

they really need to get rid of those negative stats. you ruined that one warwolf belt, and that ring like you said. luckily the belt is cheap but sucks for the ring..

I'mma prolly just stick to some cheap items lol. Weskit, warwolf belt, errant legs, rainbow cape, ruby rings maybe. That SH is nice, but I'm not rich and can't see myself making an item that's worth 200k not sellable anymore.

If I recall correctly, Tbest purchased a handful of dusk, warwolf, and other relatively expensive things like chiv chains. We'll have to wait and see how those results turn out and when he posts them.
I'm willing to tried it on my Dusk and other items but I Dont know where in the hell to begin with.

i did it with my snipers, got ***augments as well, before the update, but i use them all the time so value isnt of importance. i plan on auging my prism cape and all my hq staves soon
ninja edit: the point is if youe not going to get rid of them anytime soon for something better (IE snipers ring, like id ever get a toreaders ring lawl) imo its worth trying to get something out of it. Yes the drawback is you can get screwed completely(1 sniper had +8dark other had -1str +1dex -1vit +1 attack www) but, i dont ever plan on selling them and by the time i would ever get something to replace them, theyll be worth ***anyways, but thats just me
Well I figure if it's something you pretty much will always use, regardless of price, it's worth a shot at augmenting. I don't think there's an augment so horrible it would completely negate the use of the item to begin with =/

You can trade weapons, don't know about grips
I just augmented a Rasetsu Tekko...and my friend augmented his Dusk Gloves he got +10 water on Dusk. My Ras.Tekko got HP-14 MP+14 ~.~;
when i cap my fish tomorrow ill aug my errant body or prism cape and post results, well tomorrow for me anyways, since its only 11pm here, gotta love hawaii and 6 hours behind est ; ;
I did my SH in Zitah aswell, /cheer i got MP while heal +2 lmao. My friend did his right after and got resist poison +1. Crap imo and i wanna redo it sometime. Anyone tried a redo? how do u do it?
Got Int+1 on a Warwolf so far. Too bad I don't have Drk leveled. >.> Would have aug'd a Hierarch as well, but didn't have tabs on my other char. I did the fight in VoS on New Moon 3% / Lightningsday btw.
Adamantoise mob. He's pretty easy, but... Would be a pain in the butt to solo. I dualboxed the fight with mnk/nin and rdm/whm. He was blinded/paralyzed (Para II)/gravitied easily, but the blind/para rarely mattered. Could not land Slow II with AF Body/Terra's/Earth strap. He's very accurate and rarely misses even w/ Blind on. He also has very low Evasion. The only TP move he used was Tortoise Song.
You can't "re-do" augments like this.

My friend did Chiv. Chain. Got something like str/dex/int -1 and agi+1 or something.

I don't mind wasting the gil to try. Got a few Warwolfs at 25k ea. >.> And had a few from before that I got at 5k each. Won't really start wincing til I get bad augments on my expensive stuff. XD I'm capping out at 350k items though. More than that is just too painful to waste.
