2 agi should be about 1 macc. You do need to cap skill though to sleep reliably.

Excluding Hurkan bullet itself we have Adlivun while rng have Achiyalabopa, which is 39 damage more. With guns instead rng is only ahead if possessing Illapa, while Surefire is the second best and the

For rng, Illapa is not the best for QDs. Surefire is. While Illaps base damage is higher, the highest bolt dmg available is Achiyalabopa bolt, 124 dmg.

Illapa + Achi Bolt = 259 dmg
Surefire + Achi Bullet = 349

sorry to bring this back up but just wanted to point out that both rng and cor are on donderbuss(+1)

not sure if this was overlooked or just ignored because barely any exist yet, but even on my shitty server i was able to find a rockfin tooth for 10m yesterday

All gear 100+ is being updated in the august patch, I asked the people mining some info on the Surefire:

Surefire Arquebus
DMG:96 Delay:600
Ranged Accuracy+18 Ranged Attack+5
Marksmanship skill+162
Enmity-4

among the other things. Back to shooting! (until mobs with 10k evasion are introduced)

HQ
DMG:108 Delay: 582 Marksmanship+233

Hi.
Was analysing the wildfire equation to use while brewing in abyssea.
The suggestion of atmas are smoldering sky, lone wolf and griffons claw, that togheter add +80% dmg to ws, so, 1.8x dmg in the end.
But looking at equation, isnt mab a more relevant factor?
As the equation is writed, any increment in mab is directly multiplied by the second term. I didnt do any test yet, but according with the equation, adding +%dmg is just worth if you have a high amount of mab before the x%dmg.
My gear is crap atm, so i just have 27 mab with gear. At this point, adding mab seems way more effective. But playing with excel, i dont see why +%dmg would be better than +mab. Assuming raja, that i fought yesterday, that according with my dmg (30k per shot, atmas of hells guardian and lone wolf, third dont add to equation) would have 870 int, using that 3 atmas just would be better if you have 80+ mab in gear, whats not the case for cor.
The greatest dmg would come, for the optimum gear, with 2 mab atmas (hells guardian and ultimate) and 1 fire attack atma.
Dont know if im missing some point but correct me if im forgot something or if what i said dont make sense.

I'd say whichever you're gonna have in your inventory for other purposes. Unless you actually need both for other things, though it shouldn't be the case for Saio.

Was just revisiting this amazing guide for a brush up on gear set when i noticed Sangoma Ring is not mentioned in Light/Dark Shot Quick Draw sets. I figured this would be a prime ring for COR seeign as it has large amounts of MACC while boasting enmity-2 and MP+70 for people looking for MP.

Yeah it's the only delve boss gear I bother to use on COR lol.

given the high resist rates on QDs i see in Wildskeepers and Delve NMs, I would consider using it in normal QD sets as well

When they have aura up no amount of accuracy will make you deal decent damage. I believe delve megabosses also have a pretty strong mdb, which makes both qd and wf very bad damage sources. On lower tiers I tend to go unresisted 95% of times.

Thank Byrth for his patience, here are some snapshot infos:

Sauce

Quote:
Nahtirah trousers: 9.6%
Manibozho gloves: 4%
Acinaces: 6.5%
Navarch's mantle: 6.5%
Commodore gants +2: 9%
Navarch's culottes +2: 6.5%
Biggest thing to notice is that relic hands are better than manibozho, and also that 25% is not the cap.

Blood Cuisses is fast cast +5 augmented, but i only use it when a drg is not in my party or if i can switch out of the party the drg is in.

Edit: Also Vivid Strap available for Cor with fast cast. This is of course for the fast cast set.

Not sure if you guys are sick of hearing about Hurkan yet but I thought this was interesting...

I was using Surefire and doing 1300-1600, with only being partial resisted twice for ~600. I wanted to compare the damage to Armageddon, to see if it would be worth it to use wildfire with the lower QD damage. With armageddon, I never did more than 200. Switched back to Surefire, damage went back up. Switched back and forth a couple times throughout the fight with the same results.

TL;DR
2/~80 earth shots got partially-resisted with Surefire
15/15 earth shots got resisted with Arma

my set:
ItemSet 310050

the only thing I changed was surefire to armageddon (99)

WF sucks sadly, don't bother and keep using Surefire for everything you need QD damage as focus. Armageddon still is a very good macc gun though(delve).

That's the thing though, all of my Armageddon's QDs got resisted, while almost none of my Surefire's QDs did.

How are people getting such consistently good numbers on Hurkan? Last few times I went as COR, I replaced a large chunk of my normal MAB pieces with MACC/AGI stuff and still got heavily resisted (3-digit damage) most of the time.

Is it the aura? I rarely ever see it drop. Or is everyone running around with pocket GEOs?

That's weird. Did you take notice of aura up/down? That's what usually causes QD to fail.

I'm fairly sure that most of my Armageddon QDs were during aura down; he was being constantly mobbed by a bunch of titans so it was a bit hard to see him, but other people's damage was hitting just fine.

Are you doing macc roll as well when trying to QD thru auras?
QD can do alright with auras up but only when I do macc roll and drop mab for macc which isn't really ideal but its an option if you dont want to wait around forever.

I usually wait until geo bubbles are back up and I don't see an aura and then fire QD's off in pairs once I get 2 charged, instead of firing singles as the timer refreshes a single one.

I also prefer QD setups with af3 leg+boot paired up to get the triple damage procs since the QD spikes take the sting out of the other times you get resists.

okay so about the snapshot findings, if you can go over 25% with snapshot, does the damage improvement from snapshot scale nonlinearly the higher it goes similar to melee haste?

If snapshot isnt capped as testing shows, pushing into 35%+ snapshot with Acinaces would seem extremely potent for fulltiming with snapshot builds over anything else in the melee slot(staff) to speed up tp+ws frequency.

Extremely high snapshot % cap makes tripleshot with fulltiming delve ammo more exciting (and if you have DP riding AM3 with ODD/ODT during TP phase)

Yeah, macc roll and klimaform+storm whenever it's up. Using this set:
ItemSet 310106
which looked like overkill to me honestly. Must be the lack of GEO debuffs then since I've never seen a Languor bubble on Hurkan in a WKR on Cerberus that wasn't mine. Still, I had no problems getting sexy numbers on Yumcax so perhaps the bird just has greater resistance.
