That really depends. I've been able to outnuke well geared BLMs before, and with Bliz 5 incoming I'm betting on being able to put BLMs to shame like SCHs used to at 75.

As you said it really depends, but usually what it comes down to is, who knows their job better?

I see a lot of them like that on this server. 90Sch nuking away without a single stratagem, though they least use Dark Arts (probably because they have to for a Blizzard IV).
