Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
He’ll forever wish he was as cool as Dante in Clerks
I wish I was as funny as Richybear.
Avoid bad crowd.
Man, if there ever was a time to bring back Tetramaster, now would be it.
Im particularly weak against gaslighting, and I love it.
Two series that gaslighting made me incredibly awkward recently is Chainsaw Man and now Silent Hill 3.
That moment the pervy guy said to Heather: “oh, so they seemed like monsters to you” completely broke me. It turned a ritualistic/demoniac story in a schizophrenic sociopath committing horrendous crimes without even being aware of it. Pantafernando said: » It turned a ritualistic/demoniac story in a schizophrenic sociopath committing horrendous crimes without even being aware of it. But that's the best part? It's a psychological horror franchise wherein the monsters are manifestations of the protagonist's inner psyche wherein the link that ties the franchise together isn't the town of Silent Hill, but the psychosis induced by white claudia. How did you feel about Silent Hill f? I know many long standing fans were upset with setting being Ebisugaoka instead of Silent Hill. The town is a Japanese play on words that effectively means Silent Hill. There's tons of symbolism throughout. I thought it was a wonderful artistic expression of a woman's coming age and rejection of traditional values of a woman's purpose being derived from her marriage. I recently watched reviews of SH f, but it didnt sink in yet.
Overall, I think the drug related parts made me more interested, while the womanhood themes didnt click me that deep Recurring pattern: after 8h30 of recordings, a terrible thought afflicts my mind:
“What if?” And here I go, tossing in the trash can 3 ~ 5h of those recording to try to make it “better”. While 3 to 5h of recording doesnt seem like a big deal, Ive been averaging 10h to record 30 minutes, so Im basically tossing out 100h of efforts… For a vain illusion I will do “better”. Till I think its not that better and redo again… Yeah, but then the UK plebs get to see what we post.
I miss when anime was good. Now I just feel old.
The pricing/performance of the fallout 4 anniversary edition is a disaster. 59.99 for the complete edition and a 150 mod pack. Or 39.99 if you have the base game. Bug infested is an added bonus. No one asked for this.
Anime's still good. You just have to be a little more discerning nowadays since you have readier access to more of it :)
Anime's always had it's hit or miss shows, same as any particular type of media.

Yay.
This week Im having a lot of (good) luck with RNG. Got 1h30m of recording (after resetting like 5h) in short more than 1 day, what is insane compared with what I had of bad luck last week. For the 100000th times Im wondering: “maybe this is finally the ultimate one?” We will see mhomho said: » I miss when anime was good. Now I just feel old. I already wondered about this one, and I feel like there is a factor of personal changes in one affinity throughout the years, what is normal. It is less about the quality but more about the how we have enough of a certain genre as well how the overall affinities changes through generation. For example: back when I was younger, i really enjoyed shonen. Dragon Ball, Naruto, Yoyo Hakusho were all stories I loved. But after getting older, shonen doesnt ressonate with me anymore. Demons Slayer, Deadly Sins, Jujutsu Kaisen were all “modern” age stories that I really had a lot of work getting into, and nowadays I barely remember the arcs. Those school romcoms that I used to like nowaday are almost unbearable. In contrast, seinen, mature roncom (like using adults in adult environments) as well some experimental sttories constantly became more interesting through the years. Stories like Chainsaw Man wasone of the most entertaining stories I read so far. Currently reading Spy x Family and its being very fun. Rent a Girlfriend (romcom with young adults) was interesting till the mangaka decided to farm over air. Another one, Dr Stone was interesting. Hunter X Hunter is a no brainer. Experimental stories like Blame really were hidden gems to me. So yeah, I dont feel like the inspiration and creativity simply vanished. I do think many genres just doesnt work for me anymore, as well I suppose some modern age tendencies Im also having trouble getting used to it Listen: just give it to me.
![]() I would gladly watch Kagurabachi. It isn't a lack of good manga. Take Kimetsu no Yaiba for instance. Manga was excellent. The animation style ruined it for me. Deadly Sins was garbage. I loved JJK. Chainsaw man is mid. Another instance of a manga I like more than the animation. I hated Hunter x Hunter. I think I get more upset by weab culture than anything. takopi's original sin was an excellent anime adaptation of the manga. right number of episodes, right pacing, and great translation of the moments that are hard to get right when adapting material like takopi
also it is weird you spelled weeb wrong Might have started to type Weaboo.
Maybe it is bwae
Finally went a tried on new shoes, Hokas, this is the first day in almost 4 years I've come home from work without severe foot pain.
