Holy ***, the sailing world's biggest mercenary for hire is back.....with the *** French Team.

Glenn Ashby could easily be called the most dominant sailor of the past 30 years. The Aussies were the first to ever beat the Americans in The Cup, and their country's sailing tradition is well established with the Sydney to Hobart race every year-considered the most dangerous sailing race in the world. But this dude, man....he has no loyalty whatsoever beyond his own bank account. He's amazing, but he'll cut your throat while you sleep!

Now that he's aligned himself with Team Orient Express (FRA), along with their pairing with an F1 team for concept design testing, their fresh campaign is shaping up to be a real threat to The Kiwis and Americans. We're gonna have one hell of an interesting summer leading up to October.

Earlier my boss called me to review the 2023 goals for my assessment.

It came as no surprise, all my scores were bad. No surprise because as soon as i saw the goals they set to me, i knew they werent doable.

Major projects i was leading and delivered in 2023 went unnoticed in that review. My daily work as a team leader, keeping our colleagues together and focused in fixing issues also went unnoticed. The dozens and dozens calls for helps i receive on a daily basis, none cares about that.

There is one quote i really like, to express my feelings about that review: “If the problem is me, then there is no problem”.

Soon i will bring my problems to another one manager. I hope my current one can find someone better than me, to fulfill his unreasonable expectations.

Though by then, this wont be my problem anymore, so whatever

I've been blunt in reviews like that and straight up said "So is this gonna be one of those ones where you pretend to not notice the positive stuff and just drone on about the negative ***, hoping that negativity somehow motivates me, orrrrr?"

At least SE still makes the media for those franchises themselves, even if it is of dubious quality. (bar so low it's practically underground, I know)
This is the second year in a row now that Bandai has asked Digimon fans to make their ***for them. Next year, I'm half expecting the next fan contest to be making the video games or anime for them too.

About a year ago I was having issues with my remote PC, so IT set me up with a new one. However, on the new PC all of my settings and preferences and hotkeys were gone, and for some reason I had no permissions for anything. I couldn't even move stuff from the desktop. So I asked if they could fix my old PC if I could have that.

Fast-forward to now, IT finally remembered I had a ticket open, but completely forgetting the context. They've bricked my current PC after having set up another new PC for me. My current PC which I'd spent a year getting all of the settings and preferences and hotkeys back to where I was comfortable >_>

We cant allow users to have such freedom with company RD infrastructure.
