Yeah, I realized as soon as I posted. Remembering when and where I get Dualcast is something I'm working on atm.
Any spell with a cast time triggers it, so anytime you cast and it's not the duel cast or swift cast.

Even the succubus thing in PotD will trigger it.

The commercial seems to be geared towards people who have lived a full, happy life, but are now confined to the unending servitude of whatever menial job the have and can't go out and do anything like they used to.

It's like... "Your life is over, now play our MMO."
