Going to the gym and ***also forces me to go outside, cause for the rest I rarely go outside if I dont have to <.<

Are you just not a social person? Or more so just introverted etc?
I'm extremely introvert, my job makes me deal with people...but thats fake, I put on a show. Online I'm very outgoing but irl I get paranoid when I go outside. When I do go outside I undergo a day or two of mental preparing.
Atm we're renovating a house cause we'll be moving our business in april/may and I havent been to the place in weeks now cause I just cant deal with the contractors...and now my bf has to do all that.
Eitherway I've come along way compared to when I was younger, I used to go into a catatonic state when unable to express what I meant.
i don't mind being up in font of people doing stuff. i do however fear being in a crowd or walking through areas with lots of people by myself. that feeling of being surrounded by people, but alone freaks me out. i hate grocery shopping .-.

When engineers don't know what the !@#!@#$@#%@$#%^#$QW^ ASTM code means and give you the stupidest damn comment in the world about how a pipe isn't valid because "it isn't the same manufacturer" even though all pipe is manufactured to the same ASTM standard...
And as an engineer, I just want to strangle them.

Reminds me of a Weeping City run where our tank was the guy shouting out how to do all of the mechanics, before promptly dying to each of them... which actually wasn't a big loss because he rarely got above 4th place on the hate list. Dropping a meteor directly over the party on Ozma finally got him booted, though.
