Hm, colour me gullible then.

Here's a fun one!

After spending 10 weeks working on an archaeological dig out in the desert of the American Southwest, I moved into a new apartment a few weeks before the start of the next college year.

As I unloaded my apartment stuff and my field gear, I heard something skittering around on the floor. A huge, jet black scorpion had hitchhiked back to college with me. It was confused. And pissed. And when it wasn't hiding under furniture, it kept darting at my roommate and I, trying to sting our feet.

It took awhile, but I finally brushed it out into the open with a broom, and sitting there waiting on the 'dining room' table was my roommate. He introduced the scorpion to Daniel Webster and his heavyass dictionary. That scorpion got schooled.

If it helps any, you're not alone. I believed it too until I saw this article.

Psy Test
Took this test, it gets kinda weird at the end but it was 90% spot on about me. I'm normally skeptical about tests like this. I mean, how can you unravel how a person is in 20 questions seems absurd. So whoever has time to take it, can you say how accurate was about you? Read, don't go clicking right away.

Wow, that's weird Amael! Some of my results were pretty accurate, like: "Although very amiable, you are not drawn to friendships out of a sense of personal need. You are just as happy by yourself with a good book or puzzle."

But some of them were way off, such as: "Your world is black and white. You love to work within a logical system, such as language, computer programming, or mathematics."

I am happy by myself with just my dog and my husband, and goodness knows I love books and puzzles. But I hate math. HATE it with a purple passion. And I think a lot of things fall into a gray area in life and are not simply black and white. That was kind of a creepy test! But kind of cool, too.

Not sure how I feel about it... I don't agree with all of this one. I think I'm overthinking answers though, which would mess with the test. First one is probably more accurate but there's definitely aspects of the latter present.

well that was a weird *** test lol but i guess this sounds kinda like me if u ignore the first few sentences lol but the thought part is something i was dealing with the other day haha

I read the blog posts behind that test and it's all rather bizarre, though very interesting. It's really hard for me to not actively think about the answer to each question though. I should probably just answer before I give myself enough time to think about it.

It's eerie how closely that describes me.. In fact the only thing it really got wrong was the part about making decisions that are actually my managers, which I have never done, and never would. I'm a grunt, not a leader. I do what is expected of me, and what I'm told to do (at work).

Everything else is pretty much dead on.. I should say I'm skeptical as well (which is why I posted my answer, so other's can compare it to their's) but it is kind of amazing how that thing nailed me so well when I don't even know why I answered the way I did for a lot of the later questions. I just picked what seemed right, even though neither answer really seemed right for a lot of the questions.

i feel like it got me pretty much spot on except for the amiable part

that said i'm still skeptical, it may only have a very few descriptions, and could have been sheer chance that i got essentially the INTP variant

it may attempt to describe us in flattering terms, so that we want to believe whatever description they come up with

i'm not entirely sure, but i'm very skeptical that they could derive much information from those questions

Couldn't be any more wrong, lol.

Took it a third time, result didn't match at all. /shrug
