That's pretty win though.
Did you cure break with food or let it wear off?
Yuly will resist break most of the time, if not all the time.
Yeah since dipper is wind based he resists or it wears very quickly. The main thing to worry about is the quake II faith tends to cast back to back. Sometimes your lucky and dipper resists and is hit for 500 if not it can go up to 2100.
Awesome, may try this myself.

PDT or Evasion axes? Cause I still need faith torque myself.
Very nice! Have you tried any other Jailers yet? Keep us updated!
/heads out to try this myself. Iused-10pdt and a-8pdt axe doesn't really matter the magic def axes would work better since with spiral spin JoF has a hard time hitting dipper
Do you mind posting what gear you were using besides the axes? I think I still have a pop for this guy so I wanted to try this myself.
Wow, well done!! I still need an item or two from sea. This gives me some good hope for going to go solo the NMs myself.
So after seeing the info and the inclination that it was possible i've been trying for the last couple days to get Faith Torque, the first time I tried this I failed miserably when 2 Dippers went down in less than 3 minutes due to unlucky unresisted Stonega III's. (dunno why but this tended to happen a lot on all my attempts, only few were resisted)
Then I tried again, this time I was successful and have been successful the last 5 solos, unfortunately hes being a very stingy git and only drops the usual stuff, virtue and knuckles... My gear is pretty good, 2 -10 PDT axes, +1 AF3 on everything but body, primal belt (for tanking set), ferine mantle, ferine necklace, ferine earring, acc/att mirke, haste/pdt salade and a good reward build. (Heal 1612 per zeta biscuit as /NIN) It's not really "hard", its just he gets very dangerous in Manafont mode, I generally kited him from one side of the round room (just south of pop) to the other side making sure none of its spells went off due to range (bar slowga, which has a ridiculous range), this helped negate a lot of damage, it also gave my pet time to regen its HP back up via the regen from biscuit. (I have 4/5 Beast Healer merits) Unresisted, Quake II hits extremely hard, anywhere from 1000-1900 on even Yuly. |
