So after having one epic *** weekend, I have to come home to this bulshit:







As you can see I decided to turn into a little *** after the first threat of termination. Mainly some *** here I guess, usually I toy with the GM's a bit, but nope not this time.

Here's what happened regarding my previous suspension:



Now I understand at the first signs everyone is going to be like, Yeah Alz you *** troll, get owned!
Which I totally agree with, I believe in karma, and it just *** me in the *** lol.
Anyone know what the turnover rate for termination is on something like this?
Seems really ridiculous to terminate my account over this, I definitly understand it's their job to make that threat, but should I be planning my suicide right about now? :o

I understand there's gonna be quite a few trollers and flamers here soon, so I guess I'm giving you a chance to have a little fun.. hah, and as for those of you interested in what the bazaar comment looked like, it was something like this:

TL;DR Version: He got banned.

Someone reported him for an obscene bazaar comment, he was jailed, and due to the fact that he admitted using a 3rd party program before, the GM is required to suspend his account and put the account up for review on whether it is to be completely terminated or not..

account suspended/under review for termination,
Life sucks, blah blah blah.

Thats about as best as I could sum it up for you, full screenshots for anyone bored enough to see me whine like a little girl lol.

I read it, just so you know that whole 'loyal customer' and 'wont' your superiors get made for you making them lose revenue' thing never works, not just for FFXI, but for life in general, fast food, groceries, game stores, etc etc.

Why didn't you argue against the bazaar comment?
A bunch of circles and dashes "technically" doesn't mean anything.

I don't see why GMs don't just make you delete the bazaar comment and move on. They must have better things to do than ban people over a stupid bazaar comment.

Oh I know, but I had to play the scared little school girl card to see if he had a heart. But nooooo.
Oh well, a friend gave me a pretty wicked option for lulz, just call the CC company if you're terminated and claim these unknown charges have been appearing on your CC for the past forever, etc etc.

Harassment type terminations never really happen, I've yet to hear of one, but I've also yet to hear of any instances of player versus player harassment that happens and is reported more than twice.

The big issue with what you did, is the lewd (And very lulzy) stick orgy bypasses all the game's obscenity filters, including the blacklist.

Strawberrie(Odin) Got sent to Mordion Gaol mid Sky run many years ago, because her /seacom said something like "Strawberrie pees on RMT" (not exact words, was over a half decade ago, but close).

It's one of those stupid "Civility" rules that are in place to ensure you deliver a mediocre product nobody can relate to.

As you can see also, I was suspended at around 7:30 edt sunday night, and my suspension isn't being lifted until 3:01am edt Thursday morning, if I'm not terminated.
I thought suspensions were only supposed to be 72 hours?

This is probably the dumbest ***I've seen. I have had people spamming me the words ***, ***, ***, etc in /tells and they don't get banned. They must be trying to send you to FF14. If you don't agree with a GM's choice can't you demand to speak to his supervisor?

GM's don't care... You might get lucky and get the ones that are really nice :/

The big difference there, is you can blacklist people who are spamming you, you cannot blacklist /seacom or Bazaar comment.

I'm not trying to say I agree with what the GM did, I'm just pointing that, as far as the terms of service are concerned, that is the "difference" between infractions.

Wow, their policy should really be reshaped and have better instances of investigations based on QQing from others.

I remember getting tossed in jail and given a "mark" for killing an unclaimed Ram some idiot BLU was trying to learn ram charge yet keeping it on them and unclaimed lol.

GM didn't bother to investigate or get the other side of the story, he just listened to her sob story and tossed me in jail.

Luckily I've been "clean" since, but it's still *** how you could in essence be on parole after something serious and possibly get banned for "jaywalking" so to speak.

My account has 2 warnings on it, Both are for MPK'ing RMT. One time i did it with Guivre. The GM i spoke to thought it was funny even said "Unfortunately it is against the T&C's to MPK anyone even those that you regard to be RMT (real money traders) So this time you will be issued with a warning. Have a nice day"

I got a warning, i hadn't even said i thought they were RMT.

Then again GM's seem to be alot harsher then back then.

Well dude, hope for the best I guess. When it comes down to it you broke the rules, even if just minor ones or w/e. Being that you have military experience I am sure you understand that there consequences for our actions. Unfortunately I think in the case that the consequences will never be the same.
