I had started this project a long time ago because doublets were one of the armors Alikona never got to, but had stopped for reasons. Someone wanted a Hydra doublet, and I figured now was a good time to finish my project! Picture is enormous. I have problems. Also idk who all uses what, these were just all of this style of armor that were not yet modded. I know to many, this is irrelevant, since most people have 4+ relics, but to me, this is the first step in a 7 year dream, some of the bynes used were actually from back then when coins were 10x the value of today. And to Quartett, Poring, Vivivivi for committing to the headhunting in bazaars and making an effort to sell to me after you came up on some Alexandrites. Thanks also to Milich, Symulence, Rolliefingaz, Darktemplar and Daywalker who also were able to donate Alexandrites to this really really long quest. There's no way I could have done this without you guys. Redid the Denali set for HF and Mithra (but they're both the same and were completed at the same time so one screenshot suffices this time). Body is a rework of Korith's original Bison mod for Mithra, shoes are now high heels, changed the legs to better match my style of modding, two versions of the hands, and a ridiculous feather headpiece. Finishing Burtgang was a goal I never thought I would accomplish… Let alone finishing Ryunohige. These two weapons were what I was torn between when choosing my first mythic, and it's a trip knowing that I've finished both. After months of effort, I was finally able to turn in the silver pieces^^ Thanks largely to Klamora for farming, and Jirachi for helping me get access to Beaucedine Glacier. Quite a test and trial. And they were very patient and helpful, I couldn't have gotten this far without them^^ With pup at 99 now, I hope I can be more helpful and speed things up^^ I'm excited ^.^ One more stage to go!After months of effort, I was finally able to turn in the silver pieces^^ Thanks largely to Klamora for farming, and Jirachi for helping me get access to Beaucedine Glacier. Thanks to darkmagi and shadowkatze for helping with my last assault, Thanks to Amolak and snakeplisken for holding alex(a lot) for me, Thanks to Manuelbravo for many many selfless salvage runs(before the entry restrictions changed), Very VERY VERY special thanks to Windblade and Dastrian for: 1. putting up with my non-stop talking about salvage/kenkonken, 2. helping me whenever I need, 3. Donating money/currency they were saving for their relics(time to return the favor!). The result of an impulse to try to obtain Herkuleskeule. Personally, I found add-burning this guy to be easier than Podarge since there's no reason to dial down the DPS at any time during the fight. With NPC's and a Fast Cast set, keeping Reprisal up is easy enough and prevents the annoying Defense Down and Encumbrance from the auto-attacks and Riptide Eupnea, respectively. To be completely honest, this stunt is enabled by the adds around the area. Were they not flies or crabs, this would be much harder if not impossible. If someone had traveled back in time two years ago to tell me I’d make Tupsimati before Burtgang, I’d have said they were crazy. However, after soloing the overwhelming majority of Therion Ichor on SCH and doing so much on the job in general, I changed directions before I started turning in items. Hooray for being able to do things out of order. As Relics were made easier to obtain, I eschewed Monk despite it being my main thanks to acquiring Verethragna. The years passed, I worked hard to get other items, but Monk remained my primary job. With the end of Vana'diel coming, I decided that I could not leave without getting this task accomplished, even though Relics really aren't worth much these days. Story time!
