This had nothing to do with Level 5, D3 held the license for the NA localization and they refused to do the DLC dispite Level 5 wanting them to. Level 5 even came out and said after the fact that they had no interest in working with D3 again because of it lol

In honor of the return of Final Fantasy 7, I went and rummaged around on YouTube for music from the game that was remade in a totally epic way, and I found the perfect one. This "BitSymphony" guy turned this song from a "rock" sound to a militaristic sounding song with epicness up to, and including human chorus.

I'm sure if the Last Guardian does get released on PS4 I could shove a lot of the soundtrack in here, since if given license to I'd put a tonne of Shadow of the Colossus songs in here.

Video because this final boss battle and song is so amazing, it brings me to tears.

The whole concept of Ashley Winchester fighting against the world's greatest threat alone, on the face of the moon, with everyone sending their prayers to give him the power to defeat Lord Blazer is really powerful stuff.
