Most of the BLMs out there are too stubborn to admit it but a well-geared SCH is much better than BLM for ALMOST every situation. Pretty much anyone with both jobs leveled will tell you this, but I'm sure all the BLM only people here will QQ about it as usual.

Seems that when a job hits 0, you can no longer vote on it. That's why some of the jobs aren't on the list. When you vote, you choose from the current list.
