Anyone got any ideas as to why it goes slightly blurry when I upload it to photobucket? It looks like its being compressed into jpeg rather than bmp.

Photobucket converts BMPs to JPEG. Save your files as PNGs or GIFs instead. GIFs are good because they're small, but if you have a ton of different colors it might come out bad... in that case go PNG.
