Something SE should ponder about.
I think SE should release the full collection of every game in the Final Fantasy series up to i'de say 10 n 12. would so love to play the original NES version again without having to have my friend read japanese to me.
um, get an emulator?
That would be pretty kewl if they did a ps3/xbox release of the entire FF franchise. I still have all my original copies but it would be nice not having to hook up the snes/ps2/etc to play the older games.

PS3 remake of FF7 plz.
D: No, you will not get a PS3 remake of FF7, no matter how much money it would make them. Why, because SE loves to see their consumers suffer!
Cant argue with that izey lol
Gilgamesh.Tallulah said: PS3 remake of FF7 plz. D: idc about an ff7 remake, they'd just ruin it. I want to see them continue the chrono series, though. They're sitting on good franchises while they keep turning out new/mediocre ips. I don't buy any S-E games outside of FF MMO-related, or the actual main "FF" titles, none of the spin offs, I'm not supporting them with their "milk the fanbase" agenda, when they could've executed it properly. Gilgamesh.Tallulah said: PS3 remake of Secret of Mana plz. D: Fixed. FF7, 9 and 10 would be nice. I'd buy a ps3 or xbox just for that.
i want a PS3 remake of VIP the bodgyguards or Charlies Angels: Full Throttle^^
When I think about FF7 on PS3, I touch myself, wohohoh.

Unicorn.Rufio said: Unicorn.Ignasio said: When I think about FF7 on PS3, I touch myself, wohohoh. I would rather cut my wrists open and do push ups in salt water. I'd rather see a FFIX remake, FFVII is just rediculous now days... so overrated.
I thought 8 was soooo stupid. The stat system was toooo easy. I was able to 1-shot ***since the beginning with 100 Waters attached to my attack. I couldn't even finish because it got so boring. I'd go nuts if they made a VII remake.
An X remake with an active time battle system would be fun - the turn taking made it kind of bleh, but still fun/awesome as hell. Ramuh.Haseyo said: An X remake with an active time battle system would be fun - the turn taking made it kind of bleh, but still fun/awesome as hell. Wasted way too much of my life on X. Through the sphere grid on everyone. I still log in every now and then to watch Lulu's onion knight do 99,999 damage as this never gets old haha. I'd have to agree with you about 8, it was pretty stupid easy. However, the revolver blade was a pretty cool idea, imo. FF8 may have been easy, but then again, I've never had trouble with any Final Fantasy game. Calling FF8 easy is kind of pointless.
I honestly had more trouble with Griever/Ultimecia than any other FF boss to date. FF8 had the best storyline and of course the best music of any FF game so far. Siren.Enternius said: I honestly had more trouble with Griever/Ultimecia than any other FF boss to date. Holy war thingies, don't remember exactly what they are called. I think I spent more time playing cards in 8 than I did playing blitz ball in 10 to get that stupid card lol I think SE should think about making hookers.
Don't remake things. I have a reason:
How many "remade" things get screwed up? I don't trust companies to remake things, because good things can be broken, easily >.> FF 1~6 is already available for GBA/DS no?
FF7 is already available on PlayStation network no? since FF1~6 is basically a 2D game, is kinda easy to remake (as seen on some versions) but honestly i do miss the pixelated characters and animations from FF6. since FF7+ has been in a 3D environment, so its kinda hard to "remake" them all, minor tweaks possibly but not a full re-haul. side note, edit2: FF7 re-release would be nice, but maybe this time it can be sold as a finished product? I have it on emulator, its a really good game. Unicorn.Ignasio said: Siren.Enternius said: I honestly had more trouble with Griever/Ultimecia than any other FF boss to date. Also. >.> If you had Holy Wars left over for Griever...you most likely didn't fight both the Ultima and Omega weapons. XD yes FF3 for the DS was fun and pretty
you guys missed the point. No remakes what so ever. every FF game was great when it was released. Every battle system unique to itself. kinda. NES were pretty much the same up until FF-. And FF9 was the best story line hands down. and had way better music than 8. But i still love 8. and 8 was not easy. it was just ridiculously fun to go around beating crap up and unlocking 100% of that *** of a game.
ff7 on PS3 seriiously? i must destroy it again. they should also remake battletoads for ps3 and xbox

(see: wherethehellischrono3andwhythehelldidtheysellthexenoseries) The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Reading this thread reminded me why I don't play RPGs on emulators anymore:
Playing through FFIII on zSNES I put in a significant number of hours into the game only to find the ROM was broken. There's a 'fixed' version, but I don't know of a way to transfer saved games from one to the other. Damn good game though. |
