a friend told me he saw a rindomaru with +15 str... did anyone get str + on his rindomaru?... i cant believe that there is +15 str on that great katana..
He most likely meant STP not STR.
Easy solution to this problem... POIDH.
Based on information people have gathered so far on this weapon, it doesn't seem likely (or at all possible for obvious reasons) that you'll be getting a chunk of STR that high on Rindomaru... The highest I've actually seen a pic of is +2, but some people are saying they've got +3s.
+15STR is not attainable on any item ingame. (1 piece active in campain -.-)
