It teleports you quicker than FastCS with the bonus that your framerate is still normal, so you can use the menu without accidentally selecting on the wrong location half the time.
I would assume superwarp is still faster than this, but I've never used it so I'm not sure.
DON'T USE WITH XIPIVOT! if an update replaces the DATs that means it needs to be fixed, and if you use an old version the menus won't work in game

while in cutscene your buffs will not tick down, so if anyone in your group is using this, plan for re-sing a bit earlier.
Especially if you're going from one basement boss directly to another, it could make a nearly minute difference thanks to skipping 5 cutscenes.

It's a bit more than 30sec you gain by fast animations, more if you skip them, so songs on the character will timeout 30sec faster.

Do any Windower users have experience with this DAT mod either before or after yesterday's update?
It worked perfectly before the update, as a Windower4 user. I'm downloading now so I can comment after.
Cursory examination of Fel's symptoms seems to indicate that message IDs shifted forward 2 and because the bytecode instructions in the DAT reference message IDs the menus will show up wrong. Shouldn't be that hard a fix, but using it in the meantime is likely to make you unable to use the device warps.

Yeah, if someone tells how to update the message IDs that change from month to month (in the DAT maybe?) I'll write a python script to keep it working. FYI: You have to shutdown completely after using an outdated DAT file. Otherwise, you'll get wrong menu messages and you won't be able to use Bitzers in Sortie:

I think the idea is good; it's potentially a safer solution than superwarp. However, the current implementation is very fragile, especially when used with Pivot. A better solution would be a script that pulls the animation bytecodes out of the live dat, so the default condition after an update is the real version.
