SB 35 from traits/JP
SB 3 from Schere Earring
SB2 15 from Moonbow Belt+1
SB2 5 from Niqmaddu ring
SB2 5 from Sherida Earring
So...you're at 63 SB without even equipping any SB gear. Add empy head, a chirich ring, Kendatsuba gear, etc. if you want to cap it out.
Or, with Auspice you're all set.

I think the WS gear is more problematic than TP.
For WS you want to use 3 items from Moonbow+1, Sherida, Mpaca legs and Niqmaddu for SBII and to cap SBI you want either Auspice or two pieces of kendatsuba+1 (most likely from feet,hands,head) or Schere and Kendatsuba body if Impetus is down.

That is true, but usually it's pointless, because 5 is not enough to cap with one Kendatsuba+1 piece, unless it's a Kenda Body, but then Schere > Sherida.

No on the latter. MNK has 35 base Subtle Blow, so you just need to fit 15 into your sets, and there's multiple ways to do it.
Schere Earring - 3
Dignitary's Earring - 5
Chirich Ring +1 - 10
Bhikku Crown +3 - 14
Kendatsuba +1 set - 8/10/12
Hesychasts's Crown +4 - 12
Hesychast's Gloves +4 - 10
WHM main or sub Auspice - Varies
Food - Varies
So for instance, a single Chirich Ring +1 and a Dignitary's earring caps your subtle blow 1 trait across all sets, and only uses 2 slots (the accessories, the weakest ones, though you might not want to lose Moonshade Earring). You could also just throw Mpaca's Hose + any 10 Subtle Blow+10 piece on and call it a day.
You will almost always be using Sherida Earring, Niqmaddu Ring, and Moonlight Belt +1 in all of your TP/WS sets, so there's your 25 SBII. If you're doing a WS at attack cap, you're probably using Mpaca's Hose for 5 more, so you can drop 5 from your SB1 set and still hit cap.
If you're getting Auspice it's effortless. Otherwise, use all 4 SBII pieces+Kenda Body for WS, swap Mpaca legs for Empyrean legs during TP and use Schere earring in second ear slot and Kenda Body. Always capped. You can even make it even simpler by just eating a certain food and making up the difference. Lots of options, pick what works for you.
