I'm gonna go out on a limb here: Green.
Ignoring +0 and +1, the mog wardrobe colors go blue, yellow, green, red, ect. I'm going to guess they go green.

Purple because it would be the funniest.
This is mid-2020s FFXI dev team we're talking about here. No colored box, or the +2 box copied and pasted, because a new border color would take a bit of work and FFXIV interns aren't falling for the ol' "sandwich under a cardboard box propped up with a stick" trick any more.

The three items that have a +4 version, including the only one still obtainable, Tndm. Necklace +4, all don't have a color. While I don't think this will be the case, still interesting. (Note: The Crude Arrow and Dogbolt don't have any colors from +1 all the way to +7)

I've done the same to no avail. I remember the other colors being there long ago,however.
