If i edited the wiki with my shiny new BippityBop account, no one would have known it was me if I never said “i made an account named BippityBop”. Theres no character validation required as far as I know.
And even if there is, he has a bunch of throwaway accounts that are going to get LM-17ed in a month.

Can't make a sock account for it, because then you can never say "I was right, i posted it here" and claim credit for it. And the moment you're wrong and decides to edit the page 15 times, there would be a history of it visible to all (unlike FFXIAH.com where you can edit your message a dozen times before the masses see how incorrect you were).

Also what paranoia?? He burns more accounts a month doing his low tier RMT botting than your linkshell has active players. This isnt someone with a 10++ year old character theyre trying to protect.

If you really want to sign-up, pop over in the BG discord and ask. They can approve manually.

ragns has to approve a lot of them manually because bg, much to people's surprise, gets a lot of spam/ddos traffic.
a variation of this message gets repeated every other month when someone asks why they couldn't make an account.
And if almost every free email server is banned..

Unless that signup message is *** and the validation email never arrives, which I'll never know because I dont have access to totallyrealemail@hotmail.com (I'm pretty sure it exists though), seems like I had no problems registering with one of the most popular free email providers out there.
Hotmail is free yes, but it's not considered one of the pump and dump temp emails that don't require an account to use. I'm sure Ragns mean the latter.
Some people have had issues with personal domains too, but again, ragns can and will take care of it if you give him a heads up. It's really not that deep.

They could of tweaked the Exemplar Point bonus campaign. Instead of a overall 500k max bonus Exemplar points throughout the campaign, make the Max Bonus reset daily.
5 million free exemplar is a bit much.

You get people complaining I can't play on tuesday so I lost 500k exemplar points that's not fair
500k total isn't good (it's 1/4 of a level at 40+) but it's "good enough"
