That is a fair complaint. The page makes no mention of registering, nor the title you get for doing it.

Or just register once, at the end of the event. You can register at literally any time you want, so...once you finish the last vanabout objective and get the last points, go register. You don't need to do any special waking up.

nobody's out here looking at editor names in some conspiracy-veiled attempt to dox them. you're not that important.
The only time we really look at any editor's activity is if they're vandalizing pages or spreading misinformation.

Theres a stark difference between keeping an online doxx list of peoples real names and their FFXI character name vs someones account name on bluegartr dot com Especially considering no one would even considering making a link that his bluegartr username used to edit bg-wiki would be tied to Eiryl from ffxiah. The only reason its going to become a link now is because he shown a huge Streisand Effect spotlight on the entire thing.

Last time I tried to register on BG my very anonymised email address was "not accepted".
It looked distinctly like personal email addresses were required, which made me wonder why an ffxi wiki site would require its users to use personal email addresses to sign up. I still don't have an account on Bg because of the email validation.
