I've seen mentions and hints but never any hard numbers. Is there an Accuracy cap? I am a 75 DRK with full 8/8 scythe merits, and +41 Acc in gear. I'm wondering at what point should I replace some of my Acc gear for STR/Att gear.

Relative to your equipment and the monster's statistics. You will always have 5% chance of missing your target even if you have +5,056,467,567,429 Accuracy.

It would depend on what mobs you were attacking. On the average Greater Colibri without knowing how much dex you have added in your set you'd be around 79.8% accurate without any food or JA. The acc cap is 95% on all mobs.
