Is there a settings for the Timers addon to increase the maximum amounts of buffs/spells that show on screen?

Windower4\plugins\settings\timers.xml you'll want to look at BuffsTimerLimit and RecastTimerLimit

Also, timers is a plugin. Not an addon.

Yes. It is. And this is relevant because it affects where the settings file is. If you're looking for it under the addons folder, you're not going to find it.
