That Twitter post is beyond stupid. Not only are we not at war with Russia, but we have an agreement to warn each other ahead of such strikes so that we don't end up killing each others' people as collateral damage. If the Russians used the opportunity to warn Syria, that's their prerogative. We still destroyed a crapload of Syria's stuff.

And I highly doubt we gave Russia enough warning for Russia to remove much in terms of weapons. This was a surprise attack.

Not really. Personally, 1 hour would have been enough. 20 minutes would still be plenty, as all you could remove is the people in the base.

No, really King, we have had a military agreement with the Russians there which just might include a 48 hour notice clause. I would prefer 2 hours though.

Another man was arrested in Hjulsta late Friday night. Neighbors in the area say the man knows the 39-year-old suspected of the truck attack on Drottninggatan. A large number of police officers participated in the operation.
