I remember a year ago when the attack happened in Brussels it does give a strange scray feeling, you never know if someone you know happens to be in that area at that moment.

Drottninggatan is the busiest street in Stockholm
The only way it could have been worse is if they had driven on Västerlånggatan in Gamla Stan. It's such a narrow street that a truck would have killed anyone on it, not much room to hide
