Nope. Breaths are a type of JA, more akin to waltzes than cures spells. Although, waltz potency+ doesn't work either.

Honestly, there's really not much need for it to work. With a maxed out healing breath set, you're looking at like 2.5 k HP cured anyway. <,<; I'm never missing enough HP to see a full breath
