Back when they introduced the 3D Secure dealy on credit cards, they double billed me for the first month, then temped me because of the billing issue.
They never charged it back, and of course it was month-by-month, so it's not like Crysta where they could be like "Oh, we'll just convert it into future usage" type thing. It was like "We messed up, lolban."
