Answers to making the job not suck? Pay people better, don't expect them to work 60+ hour workweeks, encourage a work environment that is no more stressful than the nature of the job makes it. Oh, and hiring more people to achieve most of those effects. You obviously do not know how much a healthcare professional is paid, do you? That's an absurdly wide definition that covers a broad range of potential requirements (GED to post-doc).
Somewhere between little and lots.

Somewhere between little and lots. Most medical professionals (at least here in the states) require some sort of post primary education. Some being an Associates degree going up to post-doctorate. I cannot honestly think of any medical field job that requires some sort of higher education than a high-school diploma/GED.
But nearly all of them are paid a living wage. Unless you consider a living wage to be 100k+ that is.

With a wage of 100k+ I could be retired by age 45.

I apologize, I meant to include "a medical profession certification and/or bonded by the local government" in the earlier statement.
Either way, there is some sort of education involved, and, as I said, still get's paid a living wage (on average).

I never said healthcare professionals weren't being paid enough to live on. I said they weren't being paid enough to make the job not suck.
I used to clean rooms in a hospital, as I mentioned. I was literally dealing with biohazard material on top of the usual muck and grime of daily living, very much in spite of the fact that we cleaned every patient room and hallway on a daily basis (off weekends, though, so Monday was awful). I'd do it again for a pittance of a paycheck (say $10/hour, though that's still insultingly low), because it really wasn't that bad as work goes nor did it strictly require a huge skillset.
I also used to work on a chicken farm. I wasn't even anywhere near the livestock, I was out processing the literal millions of eggs. The wretched stink of chicken ***and corpses, the clouds of flies, the total lack of air conditioning, and the 10-12 hour days with zero overtime (agricultural work doesn't have to pay overtime) means that, although the skill level was even below that of scrubbing hospital floors, I'd need to be paid a bare minimum of $25/hour just to set foot back on the property.
Both jobs had a certain amount of turnover, but the chicken farm barely went a day without someone quitting. The only thing that kept anyone on premises was desperation. I suppose if you think human suffering is an appropriate condition of work...

Do you actually try and contradict everything you say?
The job sucked but you would do it again because the pay was decent. "but not good enough" Even though the work wasn't that bad since it required no skills, plus you got the weekends off.

Obviously you took the job out of desperation. You was actually lucky to get that job in the first place since a machine is better suited for it, cheaper and more efficient. I bet you didn't even thank the farmer for letting you have a job that gave you a chance to get away from your desperation before you quit.
P.S. You will never make more money at a job if a machine can and will do it cheaper and never complain. Which apparently is all you know how to do.

Mainstream Media Vaccine Propaganda Exposed
The vaccine debate makes its way through your television set. Disney, who owns Marvel, and coincidentally was ground zero for the measles outbreak, has been weaving vaccine propaganda into their stories. This is termed ‘behavior placement’ in which subtle messages are woven into shows. It should be noted that watching television instantly switches a viewer’s brainwaves into the alpha state (relaxation, suggestibility etc.).

So you're trying to turn this thread in exactly what your old one was with a bunch of worthless videos clogging the op? What makes you think it will be kept?
Also I wonder if I can report these posts of yours about vaccines for harmful behaviour. Cause encouraging against them is a very harmful behaviour akin to inciting violence.

Police Execute Homeless Man For Camping
March 24, 2014
Albuquerque New Mexico Journal

Quote: You can add one more item to the list of things that will potentially get you killed by police: illegal camping.
New Mexico police are standing by their decision to shoot and kill 38-year-old homeless man James M. Boyd, who last Sunday made the ill-fated decision to shack up in the Sandia foothills due east of Albuquerque.
“Boyd was arguing with police for more [than] three hours last Sunday in the foothills after officers went to talk to him about illegally camping in open space,” reports KRQE.
But police soon grew weary of attempting to peacefully resolve the issue with the transient, who was approached as he was sleeping, and resorted instead to lobbing a flash-bang grenade, then firing a cascade of bullets as the man turned to escape, dispatching the supposed threat within a matter of seconds.
The Albuquerque Journal picks up the story:
The shots come after a confrontation in which the man, identified as 38-year-old James Boyd, tells police he’s going to walk down the mountain with them.
“Don’t change up the agreement,” Boyd says. “I’m going to try to walk with you.”
He tells officers he’s not a murderer.
Boyd picks up his belongings and appears ready to walk down toward officers. An officer fires a flash-bang device, which disorients Boyd.
Boyd appears to pull out knives in both hands as an officer with a dog approaches him. He makes a threatening motion toward the officer, then starts to turn around away from police.
That’s when shots ring out, and Boyd hits the ground. Blood can be seen on the rocks behind him.
After being rendered motionless, and even though the man can be heard moaning, “Please don’t hurt me,” and, “I can’t move,” APD officers proceed to fire beanbag rounds at Boyd, and sic their canine on him before stepping on his hand to make him release two small knives prior to handcuffing him.
“He died from his wounds in the hospital a day later,” reports The Daily Caller.
Police are convinced they were justified in killing Boyd and said they relied on various non-lethal methods before they opened fire with live ammo.
“Do I believe it was justified shooting? Yes, if you follow case law, ‘Garner versus Tennessee’, there was directed threat to an officer,” APD police chief Gordon Eden commented, citing a Supreme Court case which ruled that police can shoot a fleeing suspect who they believe “poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others.”
Meanwhile, APD’s release of helmet cam footage of the incident, which they say clearly shows Boyd posed a significant threat, is instead being regarded as a clear indication that the man was murdered in cold blood for a non-violent offense.
“I’m shocked. I’ve never seen a murder captured on videotape before,” attorney Joe Kennedy told KRQE. “This is… I’ve never seen anything quite like this.”
“There was another way to approach this whole situation that didn’t have to result in someone dying,” Peter Simonson, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of New Mexico, said. “We need a trustworthy investigation of incidents like this.”
Simonson says Boyd’s case should be considered in the Department of Justice investigation of Albuquerque PD for its use of force tactics.
Police are still waiting on a medical investigator to determine Boyd’s precise cause of death. In the meantime, the officers who opened fire on Boyd are on leave.
