I have Horos shoes+3, but I have a Herc. feet with ATT+21 ACC+21 TA+4 that I was using prior, and I'm having trouble justifying swapping to Horos (even though the effective STP is massive).

Personally I use both depending on my position to NM, I just hit Macro when its not facing me switching just feet.

It has been proven over many discussions [From Players,Spreadsheet] that Terp users while they benefit the most from STP in mind, a mixed up set like the one posted above is as optimal if not better in certain situations.

I'd say having around 70± STP in TP set [Without /SAM or Closed Position 5/5] is still safe for Terp to preform the best.
Conceptually speaking, the whole premise of more STP and less Multi is to make enough room for AM3 OAT to take place.

Likewise, I have a herc gloves with ACC+10 ATT+10 QA+3, compared against Adhemar+1.

Switched from Ashera to Horos +3 then swapped your DM:
With Adhemar +1 Hands: 4037.829
With your DM Hands: 3997.425

But if you get your hands on Ashera your DM hands will give 1% increase to total DPS.

Your Herc Feet when used with [Horos Body+DM hands] wins over Horos feet by 1%.
Its equal to Horos Feet if you use Adehmar Hands.

All this in capped situations..

Looking for advice/improvments for my locked tanking set on DNC.

ItemSet 360824

Senuna's Mantle DEX30 ACC/ATT20 STP10 DT5

I believe this would give me -51PDT with Fan Dance up and -27MDT (The rest added by Shell/ra V). 75STP /SAM

I think the Head is the weakest slot.

Edit: Working on Update.

Could always do a Herc helm with -DT on it for the head slot.

Fan Dance is not additive. Your current set is only -37% PDT after FD decays to 20%.

If you're simply talking about a hybrid TP/-DT stance tho, I'd just swap the following over your usual TP gear:

ItemSet 360828
- Adhemar Path D
- Herc DEX/Acc/Att/STP
- Cape -PDT

------

I know this isn't what you were asking about, but it got me wondering about a full tanking/turtle kind of set:

ItemSet 360826
- Enchufla Path D,
- Adhemar Path B,
- Cape INT/Meva/-PDT.

ItemSet 360827
Cape is STP/VIT/MEVA/PDT -10%
Total HP: 2620 [in BiS TP its 1960]

In the light of the previous dev talk about REMA/Divergence upgrades and if we try to parallel DRK to DNC upgrades Im guessing that:
[Please note that all these are speculations and affected by DRK upgrades logic]

Possible upgrades:

Weapons DMG ACC/MAAC WS+DMG% Attributes STP SBII ODD OAT DA TA
Aeneas +13 +30 Exen:+20%
Twashtar +10 Rudra:+10% STR/DEX/AGI/CHR +20
Terpsichore +26 +30 PK:+15%
Setan [1] +15 WS:+15% 25
Setan [2] +15 25 50%
Setan [3] +15 50% 10 10

Final Stats:

Weapons DMG Delay ACC/MAAC WS+DMG% Attributes STP SBII ODD ODT OAT DA TA
Aeneas 153 200 +30 Exen:+20%
Twashtar 134 176 Rudra:+10% [AGI/STR/CHR +20][DEX+70] AM3:50%
Terpsichore 154 205 +30 PK:+45% AM3:20% Thrice
Setan [1] 147 189 +50 WS:+15% 25
Setan [2] 147 189 +50 25 50% Twice
Setan [3] 147 189 +50 50% 10 10

And using them in spreadsheets:[Clim nor Striking were used]

1-Aeneas/Twashtar - Rudra Spam. [5040.651]
2-Twashtar/Aeneas - Rudra Spam. [4885.441]
3-Aeneas/Setan1 - Rudra Spam. [4798.190]
4-Aeneas/Setan2 - Rudra Spam. [4666.219]
5-Twashtar/Setan1 - Rudra Spam. [4446.524]
6-Twashtar/Setan2 - Rudra Spam. [4375.221]
7-Aeneas/Setan3 - Rudra Spam. [4297.220]
8-Terp/Twashtar - PK Spam.[4135.322]
9-Terp/Setan2 - PK Spam.[4041.274]
10-Terp/Setan1 - PK Spam.[4015.598]
11-Twashtar/Setan3 - Rudra Spam. [3976.118]
12-Terp/Setan3 - PK Spam.[3782.892]

The thing is, if they follow the same logic in upgrading REMA, Terp will need to be upgraded differently to be competitive with all the possible combinations above.

I don't think you can generalize the DMG augments that the weapons are going to get, because the REMA weapons do not have consistent DMG ratios to each other for differing weapon types.

For example, Liberator is roughly 7%/9%/11% lower in DMG than Empy/Relic/Aeonic (explaining why it got the biggest DMG boost), but Terp is 3% higher than Empy and Relic, and only 9% lower than Aeonic.

Are you gearing correctly for Terp with those numbers? Mythics require a different gearing paradigm for max DPS than other weapons.

Also, Seten2 isn't OAT; it's Follow Up Attack, which is calculated significantly differently and is MUCH stronger than OAT.

It’s possible that they won’t give Aeneas a significant boost to DMG I personally used DRK ratios/logic as indicated above.

In regards to Terp set it was bis for Terp only.

Setan 2 can shift results if modified like Raetic I just assumed it’s Oat for now.

Anyone is more than welcome to try spreadsheet it’s modified with the new weapons and latest gear.

It’s also worth noting that the moment save tp roll is used, the gap is widedend even further in favor of Aeneas.

Spreadsheet

And Splended I did what you requested and its [4508.460] and will rank 5th.

First of all, Geriond explained you why you can't simply look at Scythe DREAM augments and apply it to daggers, but...

...even if you wanted to apply it like that, how you got your numbers?

Liberator got +34DMG, that's around 10% increase. You gave Terpsi +26DMG, which is a 20% increase. How you got that number?

Same for Aeneas. Anguta got +17DMG, which is 4.5% increase. That would be +6DMG for Aeneas. How you got +13?

Anguta got +10% Entropy damagae. How you got +20% to Exentrator on Aeneas?

Also, did you assume Twashtar's +10% Rudra's damage works when it's in offhand or not?

@simonses

I used the same “logic” behind upgrades and not same numbers, I’ve made that quite clear earlier.
And no, Geriond compared ratios between weapons where I looked to play style, Terp favors stp/pk where as the rest favor MH/Rudra for obvious reasons.

Mythic got highest DMG buff for that reason alone, because the logic SE is following with buffed weapon skills will make Twashtar, Aeneas even more broken so I resorted to increase base DMG accordingly.

And also, no one knows if these stats will work offhand and the default assumption for me that they will.[Because... Augments]

And even after the proposed increase in base DMG Terp combo came 8th... which proves even further if indeed that logic was applied and If carried offhand [like how Boshi wondered] you will no longer see pk dancers.

Well Terpsi bonus to PK doesn't work offhand, does it? So the logical approach would be to assume that Twashtar +10% Rudra's damage will also work only with Twashtar in main hand.

Will try it out once I’m near laptop and give another list without offhand ws boost.

[No Clim, No Striking and No offhand ws boost were used]

1-Twashtar/Aeneas - Rudra Spam. [4885.441]
2-Aeneas/Twashtar - Rudra Spam. [4807.665]
3-Aeneas/Setan1 - Rudra Spam. [4798.190]
4-Aeneas/Setan2 - Rudra Spam. [4666.219]
5-Twashtar/Setan1 - Rudra Spam. [4446.524]
6-Twashtar/Setan2 - Rudra Spam. [4375.221]
7-Aeneas/Setan3 - Rudra Spam. [4297.220]
8-Terp/Twashtar - PK Spam.[4081.119]
9-Terp/Setan2 - PK Spam.[4041.274]
10-Terp/Setan1 - PK Spam.[4015.598]
11-Twashtar/Setan3 - Rudra Spam. [3976.118]
12-Terp/Setan3 - PK Spam.[3782.892]

Even if Terp got +36 DMG increase and 20% PK it will be [4193.433] still in 8th place spamming PK but [4509.496] with Rudra ranking 5th.

Personally I think if SE added STP instead of ACC/MAAC it will fix it. [4380.380] for PK and [4795.465] for Rudra with 25STP added making it 6th,3rd respectively.

How can twashtar/aeneas be better than twashtar/setan when setan has a stp+25 in your assumptions? Aeneas offhand does not grant tp bonus so I find it hard to believe it'd the best offhand. Also, have you taken into account that setan's occasional followup attack stacks with multihit? I feel like it should be higher with such a strong multihit ws.

Thanks Rain for your valuable input,
It appears that TP Bonus is the reason for this, I have created another Augmented Aeneas without TP Bonus to add in Offhand.

[No Clim, No Striking and No offhand ws boost were used]

1-Aeneas/Twashtar - Rudra Spam. [4807.665]
2-Aeneas/Setan1 - Rudra Spam. [4798.190]
3-Aeneas/Setan2 - Rudra Spam. [4666.219]

7-Terp/Twashtar - PK Spam.[4081.119]
8-Terp/Setan2 - PK Spam.[4041.274]
9-Twashtar/Aeneas - Rudra Spam. [4018.242]
10-Terp/Setan1 - PK Spam.[4015.598]
11-Twashtar/Setan3 - Rudra Spam. [3976.118]
12-Terp/Setan3 - PK Spam.[3782.892]

In regards to Setan that acts as Raetic, I mentioned before that it wasn't added and was treated as OAT instead for now.[Personally I think it will be the best offhand]

Thanks Again~

Tbh, if you want to simulate things better you're probably better off having it act like DA, since it's essentially DA+1. Can you show me the numbers having that in mind? Thank you kindly.

Are you talking about the follow-up attack? That wouldn't help at all I don't think, since it procs independently (I believe) from MA. Unless I misunderstood you, or how Raetic follow-up attacks work?

The gap between it and DA is pretty large, and simulating it like DA will be very inaccurate.

Follow Up Attack is much stronger than equal amounts of DA or OAT.

That's the thing, it's miles better than OAT and DA, but DA is better than OAT. Atm it's calculated in that list as OAT because the raetic thing isn't added yet, but it'd get closer to the real value if you calculate it as DA for now. If you're going to speculate, you should try to come as close to the truth as you can and I think that's the way to do it. Not an assault, just an observation as I'd love to see terps getting higher up on that list ;-;

It isn't going to be the same as DA either, if you just increase the DA rate, it'll affect WS damage, and it shouldn't if it works like jailer/raetic weapons do.

It's probably still the option I'm going for anyway if it does actually end up getting SBII +25, just curious how it'll affect the speculation tier list.

No one is going to purposely take anything with SBII because SBII doesn't make the weapon stronger. It just makes you smarter. That isn't a thing that happens here.

You're not going to pass up a "500 dps increase"* for subtle blow under any circumstances.

**Until the ability to give ZERO tp becomes a thing, then, it could be viable.

That is to say, no one is going to pick it regardless, if other options are still better.
