Spread sheet shows them a good bit behind Ogiers and Huginn obviously the best.
You sure you put Ogier's Breeches and not Ogier's Leggings? Or are you just picking a silly hard target?

Ogier

Valk aug

Huginn

Long Hand

Ogier:
167base+24fSTR+116WSC(85% of INT) = 307 x .95fTP x 2.25 = 656 x 1.03 = 675+656(3)= 2643

Valk:
167+24+120 = 311 = 664(4) = 2656

Difference between spreadsheet and long-hand is because of Moonshade, probably. Four hits instead of five hits definitely keeps them closer than expected too, unlike Reso speculation.

Too much to juggle like fSTR from his augment or using something not Apoc to give the accuracy some value. I think half a percent is close enough to just call them equal.

Ogier's should win with the fact it's a PDT piece also.

From an inventory space perspective this is certainly true as well, but that's discounting the 3% haste on his Valk Aug.

Don't see the haste being useful for anything.

But I agree that its close enough to call it a draw. Unless you have Huginn, Ogier is all you need.

Seems all sets are for /sam.
If you plan on adding others here is a 6hit apoc am for /war (or anything else for that matter), focusing on using multi attack gear.

Added that set. Also condensed some of the sections in the guide and added a new one since High-End Gear Set posts were being pushed to the max character limits.

Top tier 7 hit /WAR that should beat most if not all current /SAM sets. Phorcys Salade, blitz ring, Enif feet probably the best downgrade for non-Huginn.

Wouldn't Letalis mantle be better in this set?

I hope anyone with that stuff would know when and when not to use accuracy swaps.

Also changed it because I forgot about Kokou's.

Wouldn't that become a 8-hit if the first hit of reso missed(5hitreso)? Unless your wsing in rajas rather then x2 pyro?

all x-hits break if your first ws swing misses...

err thats right, well any misses that follow would break that build given its a 5hit reso (brutal only for ws).
Not to say certain situations wouldn't allow for a build like that, current one i can think of is salvage where your getting tp through enemy hits or the sch has given you regain. Ill admit the flaw in the set is really rare and like stated above can be fixed.

That's not very likely to happen with capped acc and decent DA, though.

People still go for 7hits? With all the multi attack gear and having cor or embrava for most events... not to include the part that almsot everything is done inside abbysea or voidwatch where you get regain. It makes xhit setups actually loss of dmg when you could stack in 28 double attack vs 15 double attack and 7 hit.... 1/4 swings is a double attack so you will hit your 100 tp in no time the more times you swing. Just my 2c

BST THF DNC get 6-7 hits?
You aren't 1/2 naked for most of salvage?
This is news to me....

And that has nothing to do with DRK. Also, 7 hits at 1.15 hits per round is still less required time than 8 at 1.28, not to mention you can make sets based around embrava, and tactician's roll is useless 90% of the time.

Just wanted to clarify Tactician's rolls use.

You can also make DRKs sets extremely technical, since there is so much variance in buffs and working around the haste cap.

Double +5 marches, last resort I'd really only change the belt.

Ok thx, and yeah only good change I could come up with LR up is belt too.

I have it beating the best /sam I could come up with by about 3% if we only consider LR up, and losing by 4% if assuming lr up/down timer/set.

Was hoping to be able to put more ares+1 stuff in there but wasn't able to find anything good.

LR up would be this:

LR down:

Just saw I had fighter's roll/chaos roll on, but I don't think it's change it much, armada is 3da/6stp.

Should 6 hit /SAM with Rose Strap, and I don't know what you did about JA stacking, but /WAR should alternate DE+LR with Berserk+Agressor. /SAM should only be better on things you aren't in need of accuracy or attack, and only when LR is down.
