Though I did notice that even though it still says: "No 'Bust'. Fold again to continue."
But it actually doesn't stop the fold there and folds anyway without you having to hit it again.
Another small thing (and this was an issue before your changes, I just thought I'd mention it since you were editing the file), I think this is an issue with NPC Corsairs, but sometimes it doesn't capture rollBonus correctly and gives an error at line 216 (trying to concatenate a nil when trying to add it to chat).
I fixed this by adding a check at line 215:

But you may have a better way of handling it.

Ah ok, yea I never used it for the other things it does such as doubling up and the fold blocker. Some others let me know those features didn't work. I'll look into it in when I have some free time.

After 2 years COR FINALLY got new melee weapon and it's pretty much made for savage blade. I hope this close the gap between COR and other melee a bit, since I really didn't like recent updates not giving any melee gears with magic evasion, putting the job bottom tier in terms of surviability as a melee.

Fettering is probably still the better choice for ranged attack and magical ws spamming, particularly armageddon AM3 + wf. But it's no longer the most useful COR mainhand weapon.
Speaking of which, what's everyone's opinion on swift blade as physical gravitation WS alternative to req? Anyone has recommendation on how to gear for swift blade? Assuming the weapon actually unlocks the WS that is.

Swift blade should be a good improvement over Requiescat, outside of needing attributeless damage.

Been playing with new swords on spreadsheet, can't sleep o.o
With crooked +7 sam roll and capped attack, I'm getting numbers reallly close to equally geared Heishi/blade ten NIN now. Although I still can't get it to beat BLU on paper yet the job is probably at least very close to NIN if not equal, maybe.
COR takes real legit DD slotx2 for 4 rolls yeahhhhh!

how would the hep+1/fet do? Lot of savage mods and I feel I am normally in so much TA gear that the OAT is devalued from blurred+1.
Or heck hep+1 x2, your looking at 12 str/mnd 12 acc and 30 ws acc over blurred+1... might be best combo?

COR 2 could go for some combo of: Allies, Fighters, Tactician's, Rogue's and Runeist. Depending on content, Runeist would be great. Fighters + Rogue's could be pretty nice for TP building and white dmg.

Double Saparas is likely the best combination for meleeCOR now. I'm actually blown away that they gave COR not just decent melee weapons, but exceptional melee weapons. Very high accuracy, perfect stat mods, higher base damage than any melee weapon we've ever had (Gozuki Mezuki doesn't count) and a very low delay. These things are ridiculous.

Same page unless you're asking about x2, in which the case is probably if you don't have a Blurred+1; otherwise it's fairly close. I think if I change some gear around I can probably widen that gap though (in favor of the sapara).

You'll gain 62 base damage and 12 STR/MND from HQ Blurred to HQ Sapara. Just eyeballing, but with how much multi-attack gear COR can get, my money's on double Sapara being the go-to.

Well got 2 +1's ill mess around with them and post my thoughts, I cant see blurred+1 winning, but I bet they are so close regardless, one will have a little edge on tp gain, other will have better white dmg and bigger ws #'s. The real reason I like it is the massive +32 ws acc you get over blurred, that opens up a ton of options for me on ws. That had always been cors weakness, its savage blade ws acc.

Just got home, decided to plug in the number and see the result. Here you go:
Tp set: Same as BiS tp set listed in BLU job guide.
WS set: 8 str 4 wsd augmented herc 3/5, AF+3 body, Meg gloves +2 (Total WSD: 41%)
No tp bonus buffs.
Capped pdif and acc.
Tried 3 different SAM roll values:
Crooked +7 No.11 job proc (+93 stp)
No.2 +5 no job proc (+52 stp)
No.7 +5 no job proc (+36 stp)
Sapara+1/blurred+1 Results:
93 stp: 5651
52 stp: 5183
36 stp: 4913
Sapara +1 x2 results:
93 stp: 5703
52 stp: 5012
36 stp: 4702
Sapara +1/rapier +1
93 stp: 5699
52 stp: 5015
36 stp: 4701
Decided to see if sapara +1 gains an edge in attack uncapped situations, changed buffs to low attack:
Sapara +1 x2
93 stp: 2803
36 stp: 2319
Blurred +1
93 stp: 2747
36 stp: 2392
Seems like sapara +1 offhand wins at high sam roll values and vice versa, rapier is somewhere in the middle and doesn't excel at anything unless theres piercing bonus, despite it has lower delay.
Guess the best way is to change offhand depending on SAM roll numbers, lol.

Tbh, I'm not seeing any roll beating allies roll after chaos/sam in setup above, personally.
To put things in perspective, the ws avg in above set is 27690.
A crooked No.11 +7 allies roll and /DNC caps SC bonus. If NM takes normal light SC damage that's extra 41535 light damage every SC closed.
41535/2(I /2 because you only get 1 sc per 2 WSs) + 27690 = 48574 That's effectively 48574 ws avg for every savage blade done with max SC bonus. Even at 40% scb it's still 47k ws avg.
On the other hand, without allies roll it'd be 42642 dmg per ws. So potentially 12% ws damage lose for a very ws heavy job, at 20:80 tp:ws ratio that's 9% total dmg lose without allies.
If I remember correctly, DD rolls past chaos has less dps increase than 9%, more like 5% range, but correct me if I'm wrong since I haven't check that for years and roll value already changed with +7.

Researched a bit to see what would a swift blade set looks like, only finished attack capped set for now, that's why most of the gears has 0 attack.

Holliday has str augments, I'm not sure if arasy+1's wsd transfer to mainhand. tp bonus magian is better if both savage blade and swift blade are used.

There is no sc going on in my setup since i run blu+cor, both spam savage at 1k tp. In x2 cor situation would be the same thing, why gimping 1 ws to last stand when both can spam savage at 1k for stupid amount?
