regarding purchasing capes: you can buy more than two a month (it lets me go through the motions at least, I haven't plunked down the hallmarks because I finished BLU and am 1/3 through the BLM one.) and I plan to finish out this month buying up as many as I can in case they DO take the capes away at the next update. even if I have to wait a month to max them, I would rather have them waiting now that I can afford some storage space.

I assume the Hetaroi is for non Tizona TP use over Petrov or even Rajas?
Even for Tizona they're pretty damn close. Petrov usually has a very slight lead on WS frequency and TP per WS under mythic AM3, but Hetaroi has much better white damage. I'm getting very similar numbers when incorporating skillchain damage as well. Tizona/Almace in particular seems to favor Hetaroi by a small (~0.35%) margin (delay/STP considerations apply, Tizona/Colada for example gets the opposite result), though if you assume solo CDC spam (self-light every other WS) that margin virtually disappears (~0.1% difference).

I should mention that I've implemented TA damage+ for Hetaroi on my personal copy of the sheet, so results on the public sheet may differ. Got a couple more things I want to do first, but I should have an update for the public sheet soon.

I assume the new cape is also the new best nuking option? Lose 5 MAB over the Adoulin cape, but gain 20 Magic Damage and 20 INT.

Would Crit Rosmerta's work well with Nefarious +1/Begrudging, or still go with Ele Gorget/Begrudging?

I'm also curious on the strat for these fights. I see people saying they could solo D but is that for a Super Saiyan God mode Blu or just a pretty decent/good Blu? Also what trusts are people using and is it just a zerg fest?

Considering D Dragon is only lv124, I'd say any 119 melee could really kill it np. Use standard trusts like tank+healer combo.

Can probably do VD. Issue is trusts will get one shotted by initial breath on VD. They survive on D

My VD fights on the dragon normally consist of Qultada, Yoran, Selh'Teus, King, and Arciela. Tons of AoE heals, and I keep diamondhide active at all times to avoid oneshots.

He has an AoE recovery ability. He'll also make Fusion off of CDC, which can be used for multi-stepping when CA is down.

Not only does his AoE restore a pretty respectable amount of HP, but it also gives back a decent amount of MP. Particularly good for Yoran, who has the MP management of an orangutan with a developmental disorder.

Yeah. AoE heal, and has regain so can be used fairly often. I find it hard to drop Apururu though, Curagas are nice.

Is it TP, also? I thought that was from Iroha II.

I liked Apururu, but Yoran is so much quicker with heals, status removals, and he has that great cureskin.

S ince we're talking trusts....

1 - what do those unity body pieces do? I bought 2 for sports, but couldn't figure out the purpose of them.

2 - Apururu can be HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE at times, but she (In my opinion) is twice is better at party usefulness, especially when I'm BLU. She's smart enough to curaga the entire group when they are asleep, she frequently chooses you for her Devotion if you're low on MP, and she rarely uses convert until she literally has exhausted every ounce of MP and Nott is unavailable. And since she's distant, there's literally no risk of her dying during this phase.

I thought Yoran was better with cureskin, but the fact that he can't group heal and spends his MP badly made me choose otherwise. Though, with Selt, probably still sueful.

Sylvie's actually #1 here fairly often (right now in fact); it varies between her and Yoran/Apururu.

Yep. Aside from stats it doesn't have (skill, DT, etc) and certain mixed roles (Sudden Lunge for example), it's probably safe to assume Rosmerta's is BIS for anything it can do. Only exceptions that come to mind are debuffs if dINT is relatively high (max skill Cornflower would give slightly more macc) and possibly White Wind depending on trades in other slots (I'd still bet on HP/curepot WW being part of an ideal set).

She basically never is here (Apururu is a solid #1)- if she were I'd probably switch to her more often. Yoran's just generally shittier though and his often cited "faster -nas/Cures" is probably placebo.

This owes partly to my judgment on the matter as well- and to add to that, she also has Martyr.

It's not Yoran's "faster -nas" that you would get him anyway, you'd do for Afflatus Solace which can be handy. It's a trade off from Apururu's ability to Curaga though. I picked Yoran for the solid single targets with bonus stoneskin and I'll White Wind if things get too crazy for him to keep the party alive. Though generally August can help himself and Koru-Moru is also fairly self sufficient.

I do miss her Martyr and Devotion though.

So you fight with all trusts in range? Have you tried pulling the dragon away and trying trusts that don't move up to the mob? Just curious.

Apururu cures status effects before they have a chance to be detrimental. Silena before you even realized you were silenced, poisona before u lost any hp. Not sure how Yoran can be faster.

Only downside I`ve seen to Apururu is that if she has refresh on she wont use Nott, even if shes sitting at 3mp. She`ll just use cure 1 whenever she has the mp to do so until refresh wears off.
