I see many JPs join English groups. The proc system seems simple enough using the auto-translate function. I've been in a few JP parties that mainly use the autotranslate function along with proc #s 1, 3, and 5. I think many more English players would join JP shouts if they knew what they were shouting for. Some JPs put the NM name into their shouts while others like these:
