I think the effects are going to be after the 1st week to take effect, so i dont think so, and are 3randoms effect what i heard.
You heard wrong just talk to the moogle in ru'lude. All affects are taking place. Notice the insane casket drops everywhere or the quickening from flee or the regen and refresh oh yeah its on like donkey kong
