Mass Effect 3 Arrival

I'm torn between the two of those.... I'm not big on Armored Core V, but I have good XBL friends who'll be getting it. I love Resident Evil, but no one I know will be getting the game to play with.

I need something other than ME3 to play online cause multiplayer gets stale really quick. At least for me anyway.

Ive never played any of the Mass effect games, but thought this was funny as hell@1:19

It basically says, they mistakinly put the script in an Xbox download and didn't realise it as quick as they wanted. I remember this because i saw leaked footage of the opening scene on earth in untextured footage.
Also, theres a great article, i think it's linked to the DLC The Truth pages. Since Biowares supposidly great ending was leaked and they had to come up with a total new ending in under 2 months with no extra time due to EA, it states that Bioware wanted to make a great ending, but they couldn't and the only way they could was through a DLC or a Patch. But they can't leave the game with no ending so they did the best they could with no closure, any sort of closure would of perhaps wrapped the game up and they plan to do that with a great ending. Have hope ME fans!

Discussion about the fights of Harbinger and TIM before they were taken out, resulting in no final boss (not that im complaining). TIM was meant to turn into a Reaper, those of you with the concept art book would be able to see the concept behind his appearance.

I had ideas of posting more just don't really see the need to, if you wanted the ACTUAL script I wouldn't be able to find it sadly, it's probobly long gone and will only just result in depression due to what could of been if it wasn't for mistakes.

Sure you could call them out on false advertising, but this isn't anything new. We're constantly let down by a watered down version of what was promised from developer directors, or not at all. Best we can do is vote with our wallet, or simply fan the flames of the already large public outcry to the game.

You can call it lame but there are still facts about what i posted. The ending that was planned was leaked, even the Casey Hudson admits it was a huge let down in one of his posts. Bioware wanted more time and push the release date at a later time but EA didn't allow it. That much i know is true.

Yeah a lot of stuff flying around can be false, but at the same time some of it is true, figuring out which 1 is something we can't decide until Bioware proves it. As i mentioned, i am only posting what i have read and found on official forums and articles and i am not trying to prove them because i may find them to be true, everyone has an opinion. I just don't think players should just say that;s it, nothing can change it, Bioware are screwed! When really they have no idea what is actually happening/happened.

I didn't really romance anyone in the third one, just Liara in the first one and talked with her about "the future" in the third... but never followed up.

Yeah you always get the part where he talks about sitting down and how he's proud of him/her.

Given it's the last game in the arc, I expected an ending like that (similar to what they did in DA:O, onviously). Which...I don't know. I liked it a lot. Maybe others don't. But just so I've got some closure on every character/faction/etc.

after seeing the ending i figured thats what happened. this video is great though. it really explains to people what they were trying to do.

You realise that if they had indeed intended for all the hints in the game to show Shepard was indoctrinated, then that means they planned for an outcry like this so they could sell you the real ending as DLC, right?

The only reason the outcry happened was because there was no closure. I don't think bioware knew the ending would be quite confusing, alot of fans didn't know what to make of the ending simply because it did not make any sense, hence the video above explaining most of the theory that people accept now.

im not sure what i should be more mad at. the crap, plot hole filled ending, or the speculation that bioware was planning to release the real ending via paid dlc.

plus what about the folks that dont have xbox live/ playstation home for what ever reason? if the true ending is unlocked via paid dlc, how will these folks get it?

The only way you don't have Xboxlive or Playstation Network is if you don't have an internet connection, in which case, you can't get online to *** about it, thus from EA's perspective it's not their problem.

Didnt read it all in detail but i wouldnt mind another ME game... they are great games and idc how they put another out as long as its as good as the first 3.

Also to the person who asked how people with no xbox live/psn would get the dlc... Cant you buy the DLC from gamestop? download it via flashdrive or something? i thought there were ways around it like xbox updates/psn updates

If I understand how they do it, they essentially sell you a code, and you still need to Download it. Flashdrive should work in theory, but it's probably beyond the ability of someone who doesn't already have the initiative to maintain a home internet connection, outliers notwithstanding.

Usually people who write fake stuff like this can't help themselves and throw in ridiculous stuff just for the funnies. Like this:

This is just too stupid to be true. The entire staff is like 200+ people on a AAA title. No.

Still, regardless of how remote a chance it is, I'd hate to see an announcement on BSN "New Mass Effect DLC: Terminator announced!" simply because I didn't take the 3 seconds to explain how moronic it is.
