Looking at your numbers and putting them into my equation and putting said equation into google and clicking the button gives me 2636, how is what I did wrong?
1.663 fTP for the all hits beyond the first is because you get 1 QA in 100, 2 TAs in 99, and 27 DAs in 97 attacks. Which comes out to 3, 3.96, and 26.19 fTP for the values, add them up and you get 33.15, double it because both hits can get extra attacks and you get 66.30, or 1.663 fTP for the second hit. <I assume this to be the error if anything, so help me out.
Also it would be 2.663 not 1.663, you have to add the intial 1 http://fTP. Which puts you at 3310ish, which is closer to what I got.
This doesn't make sense either. Ukkos fury is a 3 fTP WS, 2 for the first hit, 1 for the second, then you basically have a 66.3% chance of getting a double attack, so 1.663 fTP for the second hit.
Wanion stats: 202 STR, 122 DEX, 27% DA. The extra DEX bumps you up to 67.75% crit, rounded down to 67%. Which Kaerin claims 1% Crit makes it better than either other options.
Now that we've established windbuffet is still the best, excluding ACC requirements from ele. belt, Hecatomb +1(4% crit max) vs Warrior +2.
To be fair, Kaerin said that Windbuffet was better than Thunder Belt at 20%~ DA, which is correct. He also stated that Thunder Belt and Windbuffet are practically identical at 50%~ DA. You used 27% DA rate for your comparison.
Hmm, then perhaps my horrible memory has struck again. When I used to do stupid ***with Claim, you , and other Persistence members I thought you were a guy. Kaerin referenced you as a she, so perhaps I am thinking of a different person.
Ok now that I added in the missing (, we can see that my number is still not the same. Austar got 3443. Would someone like to explain why the numbers are different, and why the way I did it is incorrect? I simply added extra attacks to fTP the way I always see people do it, and I would like to know why that is incorrect.
Ninja edited, was missing a ( in front of both 3's. But everything else is still true.

It's because Flowers is really not a gay guy and I'm secretly a girl and I don't want to tell anyone and neither does he. So he's my girlfriend and I'm his boyfriend.

Still issues with parenthesis
((3*.66)*1.22)+(2.2*.34)needs to be:
(((3*.66)*1.22)+(2.2*.34))
I think you'd have less problems if you didn't put so many unneeded ones in. No reason for (((3*.66)*1.22)+(2.2*.34)) when it's the same as (3*.66 *1.22 + 2.2*.34). I'm sure it's just something to do with the way you translate the steps from your head to written form, but I find when I do things that more parenthesis always leads to more mistakes.

ya I just figured that out, I missed a ( in front of both 3's, but the numbers are still different!
Motenten updated his WAR spreadsheet. Just download it and find the answer.
Any clue what was changed? I find it somewhat disconcerting that an updated version would be an incentive to use it, since the formulas shouldn't be changing, unless there were just a few gear additions to make things easier (which I add whenever they are missing anyway).

Also, these formulas have a decent number of steps whose values could all be represented with symbols, thereby improving readability, reducing errors and making it far easier for folks to verify results. Math doesn't have to br a series of illegible cryptograms-- symbols are your friend.
Hello, i'm almost halfway on my ukon so i just started thinkin about some possible WS sets, but well, i'm not sure what i should build, STR or DA Crit ecc.
Any suggestion is appreciated ^-^
1st set mainly focused on str could be like this :
http://www.ffxiah.com/item-sets/205175
2nd set with some more DA Crit% and Crit dmg :
