Ah, right, on the 5th hit.
Ok, that makes sense. But with a 504 delay, the only changes I think you really make are Hoard Ring and Tactical Mantle instead of w/e ring and Atheling (as opposed to the many you'd change with a 482 del). I think that the 66% chance you wouldn't DA/TA on the 5th hit out weighs the benefits of those two slots.

Too lazy atm to figure out the % chance on that though, lol. There's also things like WS delay to account for too. Moreso an issue if you're getting marches.

I realize I promised Sword Strap math earlier and haven't gotten to it. I'm sorry, I will, been sick and feeling like ***the past few days.
Would be cool, since update I haven't done much on war so haven't gotten to use my varried sets much.
I did a recalculation using rr/ss/apoc(and one using rr/ss/gh/apoc, cause I forgot to change crit rates>.>) Results were about the same, with claymore set being slightly ahead in tp dmg, but sword picking up .8~ ws on it, which makes the dmg almost flat out even (claymore ahead by 200dmg).
Inside abyssea when I have been getting to play war, I've been noticing that rr/gn/ss is seeming to doing more than rr/ss/apoc for me. I have 5 parses of abyssea with rr/ss/gn and 3 with apoc. with average of gh ahead of apoc. Hardly a large sample size, and all sorts of factors involved. This is my next math stuff, unless someone already worked it out.

Since this is a thread about ukko's set:
Any upgrades I can make on this set? (I don't have the WS dmg+2, crit+3% pants, but would be nice to know if I still need to use trophys on them.)
Inside ukko's:
Byakko's have crit dmg+4%.
Blood rage: atheling/af3+2
bersek+bloodrage: hachi legs
Outside ukko's:

I know there's a lot of information in the past few pages, about 5 hits, 6 hits, ws, which straps, etc... I'm going to ask a question a lot of people are probably wanting to ask, but don't want to for fear of being told to read everything...
Could someone post the ideal 5-hit/6-hit sets as well as ideal Ukko's sets from the past few pages? Would help out a great deal.. There's a lot of, no this, no this, no this one, well this one is good but then someone proves otherwise and then that person is proved wrong by someone else... Just confusing. Would be a great help, thanks.

Hachiryu legs might be good for a berserk down set.
Also you should use Zahak's for berserk up in aby always, and grim with berserk down. Most targets you should be capping attack with food/stalwarts (non NM targets) so you don't even need grim in that regard.
Outside I think Zahak's will win hands down (Except maybe on high defense voidwatch targets?)
Also I think gorget wins both inside and out.
Edit: on earrings I think ravager's earring would be better than STR+3 inside aby, since your fSTR is probably already capped out.

Outside Abyssea, for anything that's worth fighting, Zahak will probably lose to Twilight because you will have much lower DEX.

It really depends on what you're fighting, and what your buffs are.
Do you always have stalwarts/RCB/Berserk up, etc.
What I tend to use for TP and ws are:
Swapping 5% Head and Timarli out for Zelus Tiara and AF3+2 hands when restraint is up.
But I rarely have RCB on inside abyssea and often no stalwarts either , so I'm making use of all the attack that my gear is giving me. If you are capping attack, other pieces of gear will come out to be more beneficial.
Some changes to my sets would be TPing in an Adaberk with DA/STP and then swapping the hoard ring for strigoi/blitz when restraint is up. Obviously Grim+1 would be an upgrade as well.
Generally the best thing to do would be to take someone's set, and then modify it depending on how your situation is, using Motenten's spreadsheets.
btw, that's a 6 hit build, I think the latest math has the 6 hit build actually beating the 5 hit in most situations.

my dDex is capped outside with the zahaks, at least in einherjar. Ran a parse and did whole run in my WS gear(totally lost the parse) and was at 30ish~ percent crit rate. Leads me to guess fodder mobs have a little under 100agi.
Gorget vs. Ire torque is close, hadn't invtested in ire till recently when I stopped using VV. How much str is it per weapon rank for fStr? thought it was 6-8, but if its less I could definitally see gorget being better.
How do you all do macros for the varried sets? I have an inside set and outside set, each with 4 different macros for UF. Anyone have some other setup other than spellcast?

with RR/SS/apoc is the current top set if I've been following the thread correctly. E body has da+2/stp+"enough for a 6 hit" augments. Not sure on the best WS sets.

Why do you use turban in your tp set?
Zelus + Perle hands gives you better stats than turban + timarli

You're quite right, it does.
Although I don't actually use a wala, I use a 5% Galea with dex (for the extra counter on it)
So it's 10 att vs 3% Counter

Quick question for Ukko WS set with new uncapped crits.
How would ASA pants with crit damage+3% and double att +2% be versus af+2 and the mythical bellicus cuisses augments? Maybe ASA equiped with berserk up and af+2 when beserk down? Does bellicus own them all?
And what about cavarnos mantle? Same thing, cavarnos with beserk up and atheling when down?

Again, depends on if you're popping stalwarts/rcbs, on anything IT in abyssea you can still use the attack if you aren't using stalwarts/rcb.
ASA legs are actually pretty close to AF3+2, cavaros isn't though.

Ha, no forget about stalwarts. I'm talking any normal circumstance where your eating pizza or rcb. And for the sake of IT mobs, heros zones.
I'd love to find some numbers on the ASA pants because I bet they would work pretty well. And how does cavarnos not even come close? 3% crit damage would at least come close to att+20 da+3 w/ zerk up.

IT Mobs in Heroes, With RCB, no Stalwarts:
Atheling/Af3+2 for Zerk Down, Cavaros/ASA(w. 2 str/2da/3 crit dmg) for Zerk up.
Initial not close was for no RCB, No Stalwarts

Just stumbled upon a crit rate+1 earring in misereaux farming gold pyxis the other day...
Ravager's: +1 DA, +3 att
vs.
Light earring: useless stats+15, Crit rate+1
which is better? I assume crit in abyssea and then dex+4 earring would be better outside?

Heca hands+1 with crit dmg+3% better than heafoc inside abyssea? Intuition/prior tests of cavaros vs. vigilance+1 are leading me to think they would be better.

Since it's being talked about here!
People on BG were busy argueing about mule WHMs when I ask so I will ask here:
assuming both are 6 hits, which is better?
ninurta/pyrosoul/moonshade
or
goading/blitz/ravagers
7str/7att vs 1 da basically.
And if possible, could this set be improved on?

If not, maybe use askar body/goading/blitz/ravagers

1 upgrade comes to mind. A R M A D A !
I'd favor the Goading build because relying on the Regain from Moonshade may sometimes fail due to gear swap lag, enhanced melee speed (Haste, March etc), etc etc

If that's in abyssea i think keen ring would be better than pyrosoul since fSTR is most likely capped, meaning your only getting like 4ish attack from pyrosoul in the end.

27 Claws away from 90 Ukon and really want my WS damage to pop. Want to be sure the following is the correct set for In-Abyssea (SS/RR/AoA)/Zerk-up/Stalwart's/RCB Ukko's Fury set:
Bellicus Cuisses have 2% WS Damage and +2 Crit Rate.
Don't have the Strigoi Ring and haven't bothered to grab a Cavaros Mantle yet. Using Vulcan's Ring and Atheling Mantle in the meantime.
Are there other options I should be looking at instead that I may have missed? Lots of new options with all the random augments on various gears. Thanks in advance for the feedback.
Edit: And for those that care, my Rajas and Brutal are on the left lol
Also, I'm Mithra with full str merits if it makes any difference.

So full of jealousy I can't comment right now. Maybe later.
Ok. All done. Specifying rcb/stalwarts/zerk up made it easier to stop being angry.
Your set looks pretty much ideal for super high attack situation. Only possible upgrade would be an ideally augmented Neptunal Hands w/ 4 crit damage on them.

Cool, thanks for the heads up on Heca hands...guess it's back to the furnace for another round of thwacking and praying.
inre: Bellicus Cuisses
They seem ridiculously rare. After 500+ attempts (I lost actual count), this was the only pair I've seen with both crit rate and ws damage on the same piece. It'll probably be another 1000+ before I finally get the perfect 3 crit, 2% ws damage but I'm committed to continue trying. GL with your own attempts at getting a good pair.

OK so, I do not have Ukko's fury, but I'll ask here anyways:P
For both TP and RR, Light earring with crit rate +1 augment vs centaurus earring?(Flame earring with zerk + stalwarts)
I don't have Ravager's earring yet(Second account I'm doing warrior on)
Hello, i'm almost halfway on my ukon so i just started thinkin about some possible WS sets, but well, i'm not sure what i should build, STR or DA Crit ecc.
Any suggestion is appreciated ^-^
1st set mainly focused on str could be like this :
http://www.ffxiah.com/item-sets/205175
2nd set with some more DA Crit% and Crit dmg :
http://www.ffxiah.com/item-sets/205179
i'm also thinkin about Twilight helm and Ares's flanchard
