The only way to get charmed @ CC if it sleeps you first, even still... CC is the easiest zone boss... but the funnest :D

Besieged was great whenever charm was involved, good stupid chaotic fun all around.
I accidentally heat breath'd a line of players, only to be beaten down by the few survivors thanks to the physical shield puking up on me seconds before.

I've only sidewindered and Hi'd charmed.

I've never had a problem with other's killing me while charmed or anybody i've known..

Sorry guys lets not click the attack button programed into this game for charmed people because it is causing grief.
While we are at it lets not claim NMs over people as that causes grief.
They respond to it by saying "QQ too damn bad!"
ehh not sure where you are going with the "its programmed into the game" logic ..
plenty of things that are programmed in that got people burned most notably the whole salvage fiasco :o
I seen GM's threaten to jail people for pinning mobs on rdm.. where other GM's say its ok.. guess it depends on the GM
was mostly asking if anybody has ever been jailed for killing a charmed person..
I could see how it would be considered a grief tactic personally.. as the only reason to kill a charmed person would be to ruin their day >_>
well maybe if it was unclaimed and they were charmed could polish them off first.. but if people were still fighting it and you killed a random charmed guy.. I could see how it'd be griefing :\
Guys... the easiest way to prove that a PK of a charmed person was "griefing" is just if there's anything in the chat logs.
If player X talks smack to player Y, and anything along of the lines of "i'll keel you" is said, then the PK while charmed happens... that's your best case to prove.
Short of that... tough luck!
