I'm usually in my Mog House, so I don't actually scope out shouts during the day. However, with every instance of running through Port Jeuno I've seen maybe -one- Alexandrite shout and it was at 3.5k/pop.
That was also like... in December. I think.

Honestly most of my party's are never a full alliance they begin that way but then we are usually left with 5-7 people missing and stuck with searching for members so i dont think abyssea will be over crowded...
