Seems like more tp just increases crit rate?

Um it ups crit hit rate... no one really cares to do testing on it because it's almost never worth holding tp to increase your crit hit rate. Just try to find info on any of the crit rate modified by tp ws... gl on that and if you do just assume it's same for this one

Meh I can't think of any ws that says acc/crit rate are modified by tp that have dmg varied by tp.
