I don't do graphic editing, but I was under the impression that it relied more on the CPU than the GPU, I can only think of a few people I could ask, and I don't like them...

This is partly a work PC that I am on so not really bugged about it, I have my work all mainly on the second HDD, the external has a space for my work files, and a space for all my ***.

cloud storage is only work files.

I just don't like the company, plain and simple... they're business ethics are ***, they're manufacturing plants are deplorable (foxconn...) they think they're on top of the world (99% of the time I see them on the news they're gloating...or tossing out biased ***)...

iTunes and iPod started my beef. IIRC< they would not allow pirated music to be played. Well that can go *** itself. Since then, the attitude of the company and the sheep buying their good products without looking into other products that compare to it and cheaper angers me. I get that most of their product is easy to use, good selling point, but with a lil more practice, other devices are just as good.

Also everyone calls MP3 players iPods. My MP3 player is not an iPod, made me rage all the time. I am raging now remembering it. BRB. Gonna find pics of that Doctor Who girl again....

I freakin' loved the iPad I had but I wouldn't BUY one cuz it had a lot of problems I also couldn't deal with.

I use my phone as my MP3 player lol, works ten times better then my iPod did, doesn't lock up, doesn't crash, doesn't do stupid random *** I didn't tell it to do.

For starters:

subpar hardware for a higher price.

People thinking they're better just because of misleading advertising and the higher price.

constant failures.

the entire stigma around the entire ifanbase.

the fact that they prey upon a stupid userbase instead of actually educating people, they prefer people to remain ignorant as they profit from it.

the company suing the pants off anyone and everyone, for everything. (like they tried to sue Microsoft saying they made the Gui..., not to mention the whole double touch thing with Samsung...)

they have very little actual technical merit. (I'll give them the power adapter, magnetic holder, so it doesn't rip out the jack and have to resolder it is genius).

I'll even give them that the software and the hardware is designed to work together, however I'm not sure how great of a thing that is, while it may improve performance, I'm skeptical, not to mention the lack of compatibility.

but if you want the #1 reason I dislike them: it's the overpriced subpar hardware.

My Atrix HD is my phone, texter, camera, mp3 player, car stereo, GPS, nuddy pic receiver, best way to keep in touch with my emails, flash light, ADHD enabler, back up to use AH.com at work. Screw you Apple!

like ok... take a 5.25 drive bay, slap an external drive in it that you can hot swap in and out when you please (and take on the go, it's in an enclosure already)

yeah, I have a sansa with rockbox installed, to be fair it doesn't have the space a ipad does, but I'm sure if I shopped around more, I could find one. However it works for portable music and it supports flac with the hack, anything past that and I'd just listen to it on my pc anyway.

oh, your best bet would be an esata drive I think, sata (when used in ahci mode) is hot swappable, but I'd have to dig around to see if there's one that would work slightly better and such, I know they make bay adapters for them, but the trick is not all PC's have an esata port...

Yah I had a Sansa something (had an expandable drive for micro SD card too) back when my first car I had put in a stereo head unit with AUX input (was rare to have that back in the day) and would plug it in to play my mp3 player instead of burning ***to CDRWs and data disking, Ugh, was great. Then got new car and new phone (Moto 9QH, was better than iPhone 1 but without touch capability) and FM modulator. WORLD WAS CHANGED to how I viewed my car stereo and driving and GPS.

One complaint I do have now with all my phones since then, I can't make GPS tell me directions thru my bluetooth earpiece like I am taking instructions from a Control Tower. Life is so lame now... ; ;

I think the timers on FFXIAH are broken, it's now saying "about an hour ago" for the top 3 pages, and unless a time-warp went over me, it hasn't been an hour since I posted...

I prefer a wired connection over the FM transmitter.

I need to wire this box I made with 4 outlets to my car to be able to use a GPS as I don't have a power outlet/cig lighter that works, unfortunately the fuse panel has grease packed under it (water protection) and I don't feel like removing it/wiring regreasing it just to add it, so I'll probably get somebody to do it for me.

If I could program, I'd put like a mini-itx computer in my car, with gps on there and a touchscreen, and have it do that, you'd be so jelly.

I prefere wired connection too but I am not swapping my head unit with volume and track controls on steering wheel just to have that again. If my head unit does die and replacing exact one is most expensive then after market version (which is most likely the case) then I will go back to direct aux input. it MIGHT allow me to go back to bluetooth earpiece GPS again. ; ;

Get a good brand, both mine are Motorola. First one lasted me 5 years, got my moneys worth outta it. Still transmits FM but the microphone is broken on it, so I would have to disable blue tooth to talk in car while driving (won't do that) so i got Motorola Roadster 2. It tells me where my car is parked on GPS AND auto connects to phone after hearing a car door shut. Does apple have that kind of product? ***. NO.

I should finish that game at some point, the entire recruiting for Airget (and their competitor, I forget lol...) turned me off.

shame too, as I wasn't minding the gameplay.
